Kiya was great! I drove all the way from Massachusetts to buy a car that has been in this storage location for 4 years. It was pouring rain and the storage unit owners lock was frozen. She was super helpful coming out in the rain to give us some WD 40 to free the lock. She made sure we got it out ok and was super helpful the whole time. Thank you so much! ?
