My second vehicle was involved in an accident, and again I brought it to Tommys Auto in Morningside, MD. The staff was friendly and handled my damages quickly and dealt with the insurance company for the repair process. Could have been more convenient. Work quality is top notch.

They do excellent work! My car was deemed totalled by my insurance company after a intoxicated driver hit my parked car. The body shop made my car look like it had looked prior to the accident. And the driver damaged the entire driver's side of my car, everywhere below the windows-so basically both driver side tires were bent and everywhere around the tires had damage and all of the body parts below the windows were also damaged by the at-fault driver from the impact of their car. After the work was completed by this crew/shop, it drives the same way it had before the accident, which was great and my BMW 528i looks as if it was never even involved in an accident in the first place. Beautiful job! I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Willie and crew!

The environment is great but when I first went up to them to get my front bumper and lower rear bumper fix the Hispanic boy gave me a estimate of $845 and said come back in the second week of march , turned my car in on a Saturday, and on Wednesday when I came back my front bumper wasn’t all the way on, and there was no grill(told them it’s in the backseat).butch kent gave a a whole different estimate than the Hispanic boy . Says it’s $2,017.02 . I just wish they can communicate with each otherService: Body & Trim

I had my Mustang pony LED emblem installed at Tommy's. It was a great experience working with Willie (the Owner) & Tommy (the prior Owner/mechanic) on the install. It works great & I'm glad I pulled in & allowed the professionals to do the work because YouTube can't teach you everything in 5mins or more.Service: Electrical

I visited this business because the trunk of my Ford Taurus Limited Edition lock would secure. The owners checked the lock and was able to engage it to lock. They did not charge me anything for the service. Outstanding customer service and compassion towards me. I will definitely patronage this business in the future for my vehicle service. I strong recommend this business any vehicle related problems before going to a dealer. Many thanks and have a blessed and safe week.

Desperately trying to get in touch with someone, I was told my truck would be left where I could get to it when my flight came in today since i land later than you are open, and it was not. I sometimes take my car here if I can't get a fix done on it myself and I am never left disappointed. They did the job well and fast... well, the first time they did. The car was now a secondary car. And even though I told them to take their time with it, they didn't take advantage. The car runs and sounds a lot better. Would highly recommend

Horrible experience. I called ahead of time to make sure they are open and the man on the phone confirmed the hours of operation. Upon arrival, no one answered the door and when I called, the man on the phone tells me he couldn't hear me well cause he's in the shop. Moments later, I saw a man (not sure if the same guy on the phone) opened the front door walking towards the back of the shop and when I tried to follow him to get his attention, he's nowhere to be found. I called again, he picks up and then hanged up. Oh, well. Took my money elsewhere instead.
