OBGYN - Dr. Cynthia Shepard is amazing. She is caring, patient, a great listener and responsive. I'm a person that needs a physician that hears beyond my words because I'm not knowledgeable and she provides that. I don't feel scared or confused with her. She explains on civilian level and aims to make us equal in knowledge. Blessed to have her.

My visit today at Kaiser was in Optometry with Dr Angelina Bonner. I loved the professionalism, the fact that she explained all that was affecting my eyes. She explained the medication and the reason for it.

Today I was not seen for my 10:15am ophthalmology appointment till 12:05 pm. I do understand the providers are seeing other patients but no communication no explanation just left to sit and wait.

I have had many, many blood draws in my lifetime. In all of my years, I have NEVER had a painless draw as I had just now! The phlebotomist LaTosha was personable, engaged me in conversation so that I didn't notice how many vials she filled! Pain free!! Who knew there was "such a thing!!" I am so thankful that she was here today!!!!

The providers are good but the wait times at the lab and pharmacy are ridiculous. Waited over an 1hr after my appointment to get 1 prescription filled and 1 lab draw. Everytime I've come to this location it's been a wait.

Dr. Crystal P. Yeldell (PCP) and Dr. Monique Mcdermoth-Grimes (OB-Gyn) are both very pleasant with excellent bedside manners and very thorough. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend and thankful to have a caring and knowledgeable PCP and OB-Gyn doctors!

My mom was seen in the Memory clinic. The staff and doctors were pleasant. They make you feel welcome. The doctor listens and talks to you not at you.

This medical facility has some of the greatest personnel with excellence in customer service. There’s only a few specialties but I recommend to anyone, who’s in need of the specialties offered to schedule an appointment.

I had an appointment in Alternative Medicine in Marlow Hights MC. Dr Lennox Morris was very knowledgeable, highly professional and pleasant person. He was first person who listen all my concerns and ideas what could cause my health problems and had been on the same page with me. He has broad approach in seen the picture of whole human body, very opposite to most of modern internal medicine doctors who have “tunnel” vision and see only this problem and act “problem- take a pill”.
I already told about Dr Morris to all my colleagues, everyone wants to see him also.
Unfortunately I forgot the name of medical assistant who saw me before appointment with Dr Morris. That lady has such a positive charisma and she is the best MA I met in KP DCSM area.
These 2 people need to be recognized for doing such a great job! Thank you!
