$600 quote to add AC dye and refrigerant for 2017 Accord😡. Was told the refrigerant was $320 balance was labor. Had to have my Certified Mechanic God Father charge AC for me after the shock of estimated repair. Refrigerant cost $40.00 for 1lb of refrigerant. Very disappointed, my God Father had recommended Arts but over the last year or so they have changed, our family and friends don’t trust them anymore!!!

Left 1 tractor tire with them for a week to get a tube changed and followed up to have the front desk tell me that they were to busy to change 1 tube in a week certainly wouldn’t rely on them for a timely turn around on a bigger job by any means

Overpriced, dishonest and shoddy work! Had 4 tires installed. They lied about checking the alignment. Lugnuts were not torqued. One was very loose. The car interior with FILTHY inside. Black handprints everywhere! I will never go back! EDIT: Previously Paid 750+ to replace a cheap 89 dollar starter! 1000+ for a radiator!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not take your vehicle to Arts!
I took my BMW to Arts and they’ve done nothing to resolve the issues they caused on my 2020 BMW X3.
They admitted the mechanic was not the best at working on foreign vehicles, yet they have not attempted to find a resolution on how they are going to fix the issues caused on my BMW.

Worse shop in Maryland. Not only will they use old parts but then they will forget your vehicle is even there. Place is a joke. Go anywhere else.

Chris was helpful and professional. They were able to get my tires in the same day I called and installed the next day. I have been a customer for many years and for a handful of vehicles during that time. Always an easy experience.
