Art’s Automotive Service Center has gained a loyal customer! I appreciate the owner Chris and Mercedes for always taking care of my mechanical needs. I can assure you that this body shop will take care of you and not try to get over. Also, shoutout to the auto-mechanic Jay! I had a sensor on my dash no one could seem to repair… he went the extra mile to find the solution for my model vehicle and repaired it with no problem. Thank you all for excellent customer service.

I woke up Monday morning with an almost flat tire and I was on my way out of town to South Carolina by myself. It was an emergency situation! I called Art's and Chris said to bring it in (I've been a loyal customer of Art's for 9 years). They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, fix my tire, air up the rest of my tires, and made sure I was safe to leave on my trip. I could not express how grateful I am for the value of service I received. I would recommend Art's to anyone!Thank you so much for everything!!! Y'all are the best!!!

Honest affordable service. I've switched from other providers to Arts and it's been working great. The people are friendly and not trying to siphon all of your money out of you. The low ratings are old and don't reflect today's experience.

Woke up to a flat tire Monday morning. Called several local repair shops. All required an appointment but Art's was able to get me in early Tuesday morning. 45 after arrival minutes later I was on my way. Reasonable price and good service.

BE WARNED!!! I went in for an inspection where they found a list of things that needed work, I was charged 100 in parts for a battery tie down, when I looked at home there was my original setup with a 2x4 wedged in the bottom of my battery. On top of that there is radiator fluid in my engine bay as they didn’t put the cap on. I also requested an alignment to be done multiple times and when I went to pickup the car that was also not doneServices: Wiper blade installation

As a charter boat captain, I was trailering my boat down to Chesapeake Beach and unfortunately had a valve stem go bad on my truck. It is 3 o’clock on the day before Thanksgiving, and the guys at arts jumped to take care of me so I wouldn’t be left stranded. They didn’t bat an eye about taking care of me. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what it is. They are certainly good people in my book.

Although they do have the best prices on their tires. I question why can't I purchase road hazards on the new tires. I was told if it's a tire they ordered from an outside vendor they don't have road hazard, yes you're still paying the full price. But, if it's a tire they have in stock you can get it.

I've been working with these guys for a couple months now to have an engine replaced in my F-150. It's an ecoboost engine that has been on backorder throughout the country for many months now. They managed to find me one. The customer service has been impeccable. This is not an easy undertaking by any means but they've grabbed the horse by the reins so to speak. I highly recommend talking to Chris and having your vehicle serviced here. The team seems in tune with one another and will be straight to the point with what needs to be done. No BS here. Highly recommend!

I've known these people for years ever since they first opened up, dispite all the bad things I've heard about them over the years I've never had a bad thing to say about them until now!To start, I bring my car in two weeks ago to have it looked at. The main problem was my windshield wipers were not working so I need that taken care of ASAP. They tell me they are busy and the next available day wouldn't be open until next week. Fine, not a problem (All shops give you the run around). I come in the next week and get the same excuse. I finally get my car in a guess what?Now, I know my car is old. I drive a 94 Honda with over 300,000 miles on it. However I've been driving this car since 2004, I've had not one break down nor major problem with the car and the most costly repairs I've had done to it was a Heater Core which was also reported to me by Art 2-3 years ago. To be fair, I will say my car was in bad condition I will not lie. However it was running safe when I brought it in.WHEN I GET MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY THE MAN PULLS MY CAR UP, GETS OUT WITH THE CAR STILL RUNNING AND THE DOOR WIDE OPEN, HANDS MY THE KEYS AND HEADS TO THE BACK! I GET IN THE CAR AND IT WAS ALL KINDS OF F**KED UP! THE CAR WAS SO BAD THAT I COULD NOT DRIVE IT HOME I HAD TO PARK IT IN THE PARKING LOT TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO MY CAR! KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY WORKED ON MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS. THE ENGINE WAS THUMPING ALL OVER THE PLACE IT COULD BARELY STAY ON!They brought it back inside and told me the Head Gasket was bad....This is good to know but I DID NOT! BRING MY CAR IN IN THAT CONDITION! Then he try to tell me my car was on borrowed time and Hondas only last about 150,000 yet my car has over 300,000 miles on it? YEAH SURE AFTER YOU F**KED IT UP!Cars get old and go bad I understand all of this however the point is, you're not supost to get your car back in worse condition than when you brought it in. My car was not riding like that when I brought it in, it NEVER drove like that EVER!It's sad to have to write about it. I normally down post reviews (This is my first review ever!) but this is a really sad momment for me right now. I've known these people since they open and it hurts me to say it.......Do Not Bring Your Car To Art's Automotive............Please don't make the same mistake I made by trusting these criminals.......NEVER AGAIN.....Services: Engine repair
