“Everyone here is always so nice and super helpful. As a local property manager and home owner I'm here at least once a week, if not more, and they almost always have what I need. The prices on some things are a little higher but, the convenience of the location is worth it. Plus they have a great loyalty program and sale events throughout the year.Edit: Another review mentioned the cell service doesn't work inside but - they have wifi! Just ask for the code?”

Kristine, a stand-out employee, is knowledgeable about so many things and always willing to spend time assisting customers. Kristine has helped me with all things related to an enormous, whole-house, interior paint job. Recently, she spent a great deal of time helping me determine the best product to use for a mosaic project. I vote this enthusiastic, knowledgeable and pleasant employee MVP! If you have not had the opportunity to visit this great little local store, it’s worth the trip.”

“This is my local hardware shop. Everything is well organized and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Also (this is a pet peeve of mine with Home Depot) almost every single person there is knowledgeable about tools in general and where to find what you need. I try to buy my supplies here rather than online. I’d rather support a small business and not have to wait for shipping unless it’s way more expensive. Great local hardware store.”

“I’m giving a shoutout and huge “Thank You” to manager, Will, Liam and Erica.My mom purchased an outdoor heater online. I picked it up today but it had been damaged in previous transport. Not their fault though.Since they had sold out of the one my mom purchased, Will offered me the floor model and made sure I could take it with me right then. I have a small car so, obviously it wouldn’t fit without dismantling the floor model. These 3 employees certainly held true in the Customer satisfaction guarantee! Liam took time and care to dismantle the unit and figured out a way to get it into my little car. Will was helping Liam and multitasking with his job as manager at the same time. Erica made sure my needs as a customer were met all while keeping a smile with a professional and friendly attitude. These days, it’s not easy to find such personalized customer service soooo…. Thank you Tractor Supply! Kudos on hiring the folks that make sure your customers are happy… even when they dismantle a floor model to make that happen! I will always be a loyal customer, especially at your Huntingtown location!”
