I went in today just to look but ended up making a purchase. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received today and will definitely recommend this shop. The staff is wonderful and explained the whole process to me clearly and answered all my questions. 5 stars across the board.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally purchased the wrong magazine two weeks ago. I took it back to them today and they were able to fully refund it without a receipt. I also purchased an LCP max a few months ago and the gun was very reasonably priced and runs great.

This a great a shop, both owners and their employees are extremely knowledgeable and tend to have a good selection. Since I've found this shop they have quickly become my go to shop for any of my firearms needs and some hunting needs.

The PSG Armory staff was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. Purchasing my first firearm from them was a smooth experience. They met all of my needs and treated me with respect, despite being a first-time buyer. They understood my budget constraints and worked hard to keep the price within my budget, even including some parts for no additional cost. I have been researching this beauty for a few months. Everywhere that I looked, was sold out, back order and not knowing when this firearm was going to restock. Well, I heard about PSG Armory and decided that I would stop by one Sunday after church. I’m from Severna Park but attend church not far from PSG. Went in the store, and from the jump I was presented w/ good customer service. Harrison & another asst asked what I was looking for, I told them. BAM, and that it was THE CANIK METE MC9. PSG ARMORY made this purchase easy (non-sweat proof). I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great dealer to purchase a firearm. I first went to PSG armory shortly after they opened and was very impressed with the stock they already had. I recently stopped by and had a short list of weapons I was looking for and sure enough PSG had it in stock. There dealer catalog is extremely impressive especially with rare collectibles. Customer service has always been excellent from day one and everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. Even for an avid collector. Nothing but great things to say about PSG. Can’t wait to purchase from them again in the future!
