“Eagle Tire was fast and reasonably priced. I saw on the invoice they replaced the lug nuts manually. They have my business from now on. Changing a flat tire with a lug nut that's been cross threaded forced me to break off the whole thing,. because the last repair shop used a gun to replace the lug nuts. Thank you Eagle Tire.”

“If you want an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond. High Tech (HT) 1.0 and 2.0 are where it is at. They are my regular go to when I can’t do the work myself (usually cuz I don’t have time) and I want quality work completed. No matter the issue they know ways to resolve it and make it run again or make it road worthy. Sad they are selling their shop but glad there is HT 2.0 when this one closes one day. Until then, they do it all and you will be pleased with the work. Try them out and enjoy having less issues with your car.”

“These guys are great. I had a septic pumped and they found an issue inside the septic with the pipes messed up they came back the next day early morning and fixed the problem.
The cost was not outrageous and they are super friendly. If I was you with septic issues I would call These guys before you call anyone else.
They will always be my go to guys. And they left the yard nice and neat.”
“I had a excellent experience at your dealership. My extended warranty was honored and the work that was done to fix my rear main seal oil leak and radiator leaks was first-rate. Hats off to Mike Elliott the service writer who focused on getting the paperwork right and keeping me informed and to the mechanic who performed the work. I didn't get to meet him but Mike said he is a Master mechanic and would do a great job. I believed him. So far no more oil leaks.

“I arrived at Granado Tires in Prince Frederick to find out what the sound was on my front end. Bayside Toyota said it was a front end alignment. So I started getting estimates and to see which auto service for the lowest price. Bayside Toyota could not give me a price over the phone without a 30 minute wait to check with their parts department. Jonathan at Granado was able to do that in less time. I decided to go with Granado since their customer service was well above Bayside when calling, you get a live person and they are always very courteous and knowledgeable. Jonathan also found a coupon to even save me $55. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Their really care about their customers. I am a huge customer and fan of Granado Tires in Prince Frederick. Don’t waste your time and money with other service centers just call Granado Tires in Prince Frederick, you will be unbelievably happy and lucky you did. You will be a very satisfied customer.”
