“BLUF: honest, family ran shop that I trust with my new and classic vehiclesA little off the beaten path but worth the search. Michele up front greets you with a smile and so does the other employee. They are very helpful and prompt. We took a new vehicle in with some warning dings I couldn’t fix and they chased down an electrical issue. Fixed the issue at a fraction of the diagnostic cost of the dealership. Turned around and took our older Jeep in there for some leaks and they quoted me the cost to fix with parts. When I went to pick it up they said they didn’t need all the parts and it was $400 less.”

“This store has bought my loyalty for this company perhaps indefinitely. Ron and Steve (sorry to the guys who were also great, I’ve forgotten your names) were a big help every time I went. Kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for good service. While I was in the DMV I would purposely only shop here for auto supplies.As of last week I’ve officially relocated and will likely never return to the area. I wish all the guys at that store well and hope to find my new Ron and Steve where I now reside.Please promote these gentlemen ahead of their peers. “purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”

“A few weeks ago, I purchased windshield wipers for my Ford F-150. I do not drive the truck on a regular basis, but when I did drive it in the rain, the wipers were not working as they should. I went back to explain what happened and Caesar, Tim and another young man whose name I forgot, were extremely helpful! They diagnosed the problem (the young man that sold me the wipers sold me the wrong size) and installed the correct sized wipers for me. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am always so appreciative when I receive great customer service because it has unfortunately become such a rare action these days.”
