I’ve use this company for years for my boats. Service has gone down hill. Pay top dollar to have the top side of my speedboat buffed lightly. Not only did they step all over parts of the boat that are not to be stepped on. They left buffing compound all over the dash, windshield, cabin and engine room without cleaning up. When they finished, they left the cabin door open when they put the cover on and I had 2 inches of water in the cabin. The job was not performed well at all, and left marks on the top of my cabin. I asked them to fix the problem and explained the issues, as well as the water in the cabin. They came out and buffed the spots out, I asked them to please buff the top side again, as it looks like nothing was done and get all of the material up. I reached out nicely to the owner to let them know I was still unhappy, but offered to still pay my bill. Owner read the messages, and never replied, not the way to conduct business, especially with somebody you’ve done work for years.Service: Boat cleaning

You gals did a wonderful job on my "88" Wellcraft 23XL Nova. I haven't ever seen it shine like it does now.

She is weird. I called her, never returned my calls. I emailed, never answered. I went to the business address is her house. I wanted to know where /who was doing the detailing. Because of that, She was upset. She refused to do the cleaning on my boat. Just saying!!!

I saw an old beater Baja at Colonial Beach Yacht center the Nauti crew dialed in.... wow. looked like brand new.

We used the wax and color restoration services and we are amazed. One side of our boat was extremely faded and it looked awful. Now, our boat looks like new! We are extremely happy with Nauti Boat Detailing and we highly recommend them!
