Their return policy is a lie. They only give store credit, even if you just bought something that day, so you can never get your money back. They advertise a return policy, but store credit is obviously not a return, it's an exchange.

Hello! I wanted to take a second to thank Steve at the drop-off dock. My daughter and I dropped off a truck load of donations and he was so friendly and courteous.
