So, I had a bit of a run-in with GEICO. They wanted me to go with their Body SHOP, but I wasn’t convinced. I decided to give Geoff Barnes a try, and let me tell you, I was blown away! From the friendly receptionist to the skilled appraiser and the talented bodywork crew, everyone was absolutely fantastic. My car is now looking absolutely stunning!
It all started when I was driving on Hood Mill Road when I unfortunately collided with a deer. The damage wasn’t too severe, but the insurance company tried to lowball me. But guess what? Jeff Barbed and their team handled everything in the blink of an eye. They quoted me for the repair on the very first day, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
My car’s paint job is a perfect match, there’s not a single ounce of overspray, my fender meets my door flawlessly, and even though the parts may have come from a donor car, they made it look like it was meant to be on my vehicle. I can’t express how grateful I am for their exceptional work. If I ever find myself in Florida and need collision repair, I’m definitely bringing my car back here.
I just want to personally thank everyone at the shop for their incredible talent and dedication. They truly went above and beyond to make my car look brand new again. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services.

I use this place every time I’m in a collision and they are always very good. I mean vehicle collisions, not other kinds, and not when the vehicle was totaled.
The first time was when I was in a small traffic circle and another vehicle came into the circle and hit the side of my truck. After we stopped he said to his wife “I thought he would stop”, not understanding how traffic circles work. The second time a deer ran in front of our car and almost but not quite made it and caught the corner of the car. It was pretty minor for us and I forgot to check it until the next day. I only saw a small dent about the size of a hand but the body shop saw more. The third time I backed carefully out of a parking spot in a crowded parking lot after looking and not seeing anyone and BAM, found someone had appeared behind me. It was probably more like bam, it was pretty minor. I always try to park in pull throughs but it was too crowded to find any or back into a spot. This was just after the front of the car had been fixed. Anyway, Jeff Barnes Collision Center has always done a very good job and the vehicle comes back all cleaned up inside and out. There is an out of pocket deductible so it’s not the cheapest way to get the vehicle cleaned up or the quickest.
My conclusion is that this place is very good and honest and hopefully you’ll never need them.

Wow, what an awesome bunch of people to deal with! Very professional, straight forward, no surprises, and they did absolutely great work. If you need collision repairs definitely take it to them!

Had a great experience here. The fixed a door dent for me. I got 3 estimates and they were not only the least expensive, but also the only ones who brought a potential issue to my attention beforehand. That issue didn't end up being a problem, but I appreciated them presenting it prior to doing the work rather than afterwards. The work came out as expected. Would recommend to others for sure.

My husband took our car here for an estimate after it was side swiped. The staff was very professional and excellent to work with. They were able to fix the damage on the spot and very quickly. We are very pleased and highly recommend this business!

The service and staff were great! Super helpful and nice! They even called the rental car company 3xs on my behalf. I used state farm insurance and it just took 2 months for an appointment and they had the car 4 days longer than estimated.

I don’t know where to start. My husband of 30 years passed away from cancer. We had our first snow fall and I had to remove snow from my car. I’ve never had to do that for 30 years because of my husband. I used a method to remove the snow that damaged my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Jeff Barnes Collision Center to obtain an estimate for the repairs. They assessed the damages and found that buffing the scratches may be all that was needed. I brought my car in for the repairs and it looks as good as new. After the repairs, I was told that I would not be charged for the repairs. This was a blessing because prior to taking my car to Jeff Barnes I had another estimate completed by another collision center and was told it would cost over $2000 to paint. Thank you Jeff Barnes Collision Center!!!

I took my Genesis to Jeff Barnes Collision Center based on a referral from a friend who has used them in the past. Steve Owings, the manager, walked me through the process of getting an estimate, working with my insurance company, and how long the actual work would probably take.. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Steve assured me that my car would be in good hands. I was skeptical and concerned, but upon completion of the work, WOWZA! My Genesis looks spectacular. The repair work and paint job are outstanding. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience from customer service through the actual work. Kudos to Steve and the wonderful employees who did such an amazing job on my car. These guys are the best , anywhere. We bug them too much about auto problems that don't even have to do with body work yet they're always polite and willing to help. That being said they do the best work any body shop can do. I Think we've been there about 7 times and their work isflawless ,perfect.
