“WEIS - one of my favourites grocery stores. They have everything. WEIS is undoubtedly a 'one stop shop'. Ptoducts are well displayed in an attractive manner. This is a very clean and tidy store. Fresh bread and bakery products are my favourites. Employees in the store are very kind and always helpful. Wonderful staff. When I encounter a small problem while checking out, Manager was prompt to come forward and help me. I love this wonderful grocery store and invite all others to visit.”

“I can no longer drive so I use the pickup for my wife and 90% of the time, there are items not found. This is for coffee, bread and some other items. Also, they have a Kosher isle and they changed some of the things I have purchased in the past they no longer carry. Manischewitz Gefilte fish in the jelly, now they only carry it in water which taste nasty.”
“I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years. The people behind the counter are so helpful. They have come out onto the floor to assist me in finding products that do not require prescriptions.
They have an automated system to renew your meds if you choose. They will complete your order while you shop.
They will send you text when your meds are ready.
if a medication is up for renewal they will contact your doctor if you give them permission.
They can give you covid, flu, and shingle shots right there so no office visit no office visit bill.”

“We have always shopped at the Giant in Catonsville for the last 25 years, not anymore since we experienced the pleasure of shopping at Giant at Ellicott City. The people who work in the store in EC are so friendly, helpful and don't act like you are bothering them when you ask for help. The people in EC are more than willing to go the extra mile. I don't mind driving an extra 10 minutes out of my way if I don't have to deal with mean customer service people, I mean what's the point! Thank you EC Giant for making our experience the best. “Made and purchased 3 wall calendars for Christmas gifts. The pictures came out very nicely on them and the family appreciated receiving them. It was only after all gifts were sent that it was noticed the calendars did not have holes punched in to hang and the binding was too small to actually move the pages from one month to the other. Had to ask my family to punch their own holes in the hopes they would be even and not go through pictures (they wouldn't have in the display I looked over before ordering). Also, family will have to rip off months after using as the pages cannot be fully opened. Disappointed this was not caught by the photo staff prior to sending them out for paid delivery.”

“My family & I have been using this specific Safeway pharmacy for over 20 years. They can get very busy but that happens to every business. We have always been treated kindly and respectfully. We’ve waited patiently in line when they are busy and been able to get a quick turnaround when we’ve had a more urgent need. I’ve called with questions and gotten answers. I’m seeing a few negative reviews lately and feel like I needed to share my experiences. Customers can be very impatient but this pharmacy staff is hard working and should be given the benefit of the doubt.”
“I love the staff at Giant. Miss Geri, Miss Jessica, Miss Majorie, Mr. Trey, Miss Taffi and more.! They are so kind to my family and make the experience comfortable every time I go. Great produce and if I need anything I can ask the manager of the section and they help. Helpful staff offer to help each time. Glad I can walk there if needed in inclement weather. My fave giant.”

“The only 24 hour CVS in the area. Good customer service. CVS has ridiculous prices but the best reward program ever. Make sure to add the rewards and coupons in the app before paying. Better yet, order online where each item you add to the cart says if there is a coupon attached and pick up at the front of the store. I pay for the delivery service and that has worked out well too except that you have to do the pharmacy separate from shopping.”
“I don't really do my shopping here, I pretty much only use the pharmacy. The people working back there are great. I've had issues a few times with my insurance and the staff there were very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do. It made me sad to hear from one of the employees that they get a lot of harassment from people coming to get their medication. I know it can be tough, and insurances can be outright cruel, but the staff here are genuinely great. Sending them lots of love from a long time customer.”

“Love this place. Thank God there's a small town pharmacy in Eldersburg. Good job, wife, turning me on to this store. Prompt service staffed by good people. The pharmacist went out of her way to correct a problem when my insurance changed their name. I'll never go anywhere else.
I cannot stand CVS or Walgreens (especially this one!) Those big store make you wait in very long lines, overcharge and customer service sucks. I know that I sound like a Karen, but it's very true.”
