The main pharmacist is very uncaring and rude. Have had issues with them everytime I use this pharmacy. They do their everything to not be helpful and try to shrug off duties.

As good a pharmacy as I have known, they are knowledgeable, polite and well staffed. If you call, you can actually speak with someone without too much delay. In picking up prescriptions, I find there is never much of a wait (so long as you don't go at opening time). Occasionally, I have needed something at short notice and it's ready in 20 minutes. Note they often close for an hour at lunchtime.

I have 2 disabilities that (grocery stores) "they say" mess up the flu shot. But if given and all pre-cations are all taken then nothing shall be an issue. My favorite store is Safeway when it comes to anything medical... they don't cut corners. I felt like they just didn't give a shizzle. I could of but didn't lie I had those 2 disabilities but they looked at it and ... nothing. Normally at other stores they wait 10 minute's or more to wait and she how it impacts you as a person, or have you walk around in case you do, indeed faint, ... . Never again will I get a flu shot or anything medical there again.

All the employees at the pharmacy are very nice and helpful. Sonia usually helps me checkout at the front, and I am always happy to see her!

I went back one more time and nothing had changed...For one everytime I go here I have to wait a long-time whether there is a line or not. Also when I finally do get to speak with someone they are always mean or ignorant to me and give me an attitude no matter who I deal with there. I would recommend going to a different Pharmacy there are so many in this area. Personally I would recommend mcdougall's because they are very fast and polite and they have good prices. Plus you should always support your local mom and pop stores.

I was having trouble with my car - once I turned it off I had to wait at least an hour before I could start it again - and needed over the counter medication for my dog. The dog is so frightened of thunderstorms she hypetventilates to the point she looks like she'll have a heart attack, and the vet prescribed Benydryl. Of course, all this was on one of the days we were having severe storm warnings! Marti at the window not only went on the floor to get the Benadryl but brought back a generic as well. Talk about service above and beyond...I would never have made my request under normal circumstances.

Yes they may be a little bit cheaper but they are slow and they need more staff. That's probably why they have a bad attitude. I recommend Mc. Dougall's or even Wallgreens would be better. If you must go-to Walmart pharmacy go during work hours

Pharmacist should lose her license. Refused to fill my post-surgical pain medication because her iPhone app told her the dose was too high. It wasn't, I'm a physician. Then she lied and said she contacted the prescriber and they didn't call her back. I called the prescriber and they told me he had just gotten off the phone with her and told her she was an idiot who couldn't do basic math and to fill the prescription. I then get a call from the pharmacist telling me she's "using her professional judgment not to fill it," but won't give any details. I explain that this is not allowed by law, if you have specific concerns these need to be explained and documented. This is the exact reason for the Maryland PDMP and you can look up my name and see I haven't had more than 1 oxycodone prescription in 12 months (my last surgery). Still wouldn't budge. So I have to show up at Walmart, in severe pain and bandages bleeding everywhere, to convince this woman that yes I did actually have surgery and I'm not some druggie. Absolutely ridiculous and a disgrace to prescribers and patients alike!
