This is the worst place to send your loved ones. They are only out for money. Your loved ones will suffer here.

This place is the worst, My mother has been in this place for one day and I want her out right now. Do not send your love one into this place ...I wish I can do a zero star ..

The care my mother is receiving here is not up to parr at all. Y'all clearly need to retrain these nurses and techs or fire them altogether!!

This place has plenty of staff and exceptional therapists, involved doctors, and case manager. My elderly family member was a very high-needs patient and unfortunately we needed to transfer her someplace else, but I was very impressed with their hard work and the amount of attention and care she received. The therapy was a nice steady 3hr per day, I saw many patients of varying needs get better and moving. I would highly recommend this place. It may not have flashy amenities, restaurant dining (though the food looked delicious to me), but if you want to be on your way towards quick physical recovery, you will here. That’s the most important thing.

The Occupational therapist and Physical therapist were amazing they helped my mother regain strength and mobility, they are good team and each one of them are amazing in his and her own way, 5 stars hands down.

If you have a child, don't even bother coming to this hospital. No pediatric unit (which no one mentioned after 8 hours in the ER). The nurses were very good but the rest of the staff was horrible. ER receptionist didn't care at all when I told her our 2 year old was having trouble breathing. She just asked if I had insurance and told me to sit down. After 8 hours of getting our little one stabilized the P.A. (we never saw a Dr) told me they were going to admit her. Again she never mentioned there was no pediatric unit so when ambulance drivers arrived, I was in shock. The nurse said, "Well you know we are taking her to Children's Hospital right?" Ummm what???? We get to Children's, a doctor checks her and says, "Im so sorry they sent you here, your little girl is stable and should've been sent home to rest. BTW - I emailed the address in the response and someone replied that they'd pass my email on and I've never heard from anyone.

1. Took a relative there that complained of excruciating abdominal pain. They kept them for SIX DAYS--but left them as 'Observation' and not inpatient. 2. Observation Adventist cheat method so they can bills you at a much higher Outpatient rate. They don't tell you that even with IVs, testing, and antibiotics--you still don't matter to them! 3. Physicians would promise to see you and then become a no call no show. 4. Communication is very poor. 5. Staffing is terrible. 6. Adventist is practicing a financial shell game with your hard earned money. 7. If I had an enemy--I wouldn't even bring them here. SHAME ON YOU ADVENTIST HEALTH WHITE OAK.

I went to the ER with a friend today. NOT IMPRESSED. Blood on the sidewalk coming in to the ER. Five intrusive questions just to park in the parking lot-YES I AM GOING TO THE ER. BTW who are you? The security guard neva introduced himself. Woman who works there yelling for a coworker down the lobby??? Five pokes to get an IV(BTW I'm out at two). Lots of waiting. Docs were ok. MEH

My dad had to come for an emergency. Great staff in icu. Still very clean all over the hospital. A nurse said all rooms are single patient rooms which is so nice! Literally everyone we dealt with for the five days were amazing! Everyone was so understanding and helpful.

First time at this brand new hospital since they opened in Aug 25. Walking in, the hospital is very clean. There is still construction outside of the hospital. The receptionist and registration staff are very pleasant. Parking will not exceed $7 for the day, but it ranges based on how long you stay at the hospital. I'm excited for this new hospital.

So disclaimer...I work here in another unit. That said I was in the ED with my daughter last Saturday and we were very well taken care of. The nurses were kind and efficient. The PA we saw altered the plan of care afyer we discussed her condition and previous treatments. We were taken for scans in pretty short order considering how busy the board was that night.
