Do you enjoy long lines? Aldi replaced most of the checkouts with self checkout and then slapped a 20 item limit on using them. No one comes to Aldi to buy fewer than 20 items, and most people who shop at this store pay cash and can’t use the self checkout anyway. The lines now wrap all the way to the back of the store.

The store is phenomenal, the staff is unpleasant, today I was a cashier who helped me and I almost felt like he was hitting me because he wanted me to get my daughter out of the car and he treated me very rudely, even drinking mela water and changing the car because my daughter got in and yelled at me that He wouldn't help me if I didn't move my things and I told him that I was a rasist because that's why the cars come to seat children. In short, they should know that the managers or the cashiers don't feel like owners because they aren't free to serve one of the clients.

It is a great abuse to have the express checkouts closed all day… what science is that?

I appreciate Aldi's low everyday prices, neat and clean store. While their selection is somewhat limited it meets my needs just fine. Produce is fresh and well kept.My only complaint is that recently 6 or 8 of the self-checkout kiosks have not been working. This slows down checkout considerably. Get all (or even most) of the self-checkouts working and Aldi's rates 5-stars.

Great value and price. If you don’t use SNAP/EBT, skip the long line and go for the self check out option.

Nicely stocked, ample parking, but bathrooms are always filthy.

This is a fine store, but the parking lot is filled with men who swarm you as you are walking to your car and linger next to you as you are unloading your car to fight for your quarter in the cart. The option of keeping your quarter doesn’t exist. The minute you finish unloading, they start fighting for it. I feel unsafe walking to my car being followed by these men, and unloading my car with them lingering. As a woman shopping alone, I don’t feel safe shopping at this Aldi.

Good prices. The typical Aldi experience. The $0.25 fee to use a grocery cart is returned when you return the cart. That keeps them from being taken off property and/or dumped in the park. This is one of my favorite food chains.

Mixed Feelings Here, I Come Here Because It's About 2 Blocks From My Home. Usually I Love The Prices, Yet: Less Than 6 Months Ago Their Eggs Were Over $4.50 A Dozen-I Could Get A Dozen Brown Eggs At Whole Foods For $3.69-Hmmm? They're Down To $1.18 A Dozen As Of Today. On The Positive: They Always Have A Good Cheese Selection From Lower To Upper End Prices. Some European Or European Style Foods & One Of The Few Places I Can Find Spaetzle On A Fairly Regular Basis. On The Not So Positive Side: A Couple Of Months Ago They Installed Self-Check-Out Systems. First They Only Take Credit/ Debit-If You Wish To Use Cash You Must Wait In Line. These Self-Check-Out Systems Are A Way To Cut Down On Employees & Make Customers Do The Work For The Company So They Make More Money. It Also Has The Effect Of Providing EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Example: There Were Two Registers/Lanes Open, At Least 12 People In Each Lane. 2 Managers Walking Around-1 Came Up To The Lines, Asked: Anyone Using Credit/Debit?All Of Us, I Guess, Were Cash Customers. Having Seen No Movement/Response The Manager Just Walked Away.1.) I Have Worked in Customer Service For Over 35 Years. 2.) If I Were The Manager, I Would Have Opened A Lane & Plunked My Butt Cheeks In A Seat And Started Ringing Up My In-Person-Waiting-Paying Guests/Customers Who Were Right In Front Of My Eyes. 3.) If You See Your Customer Base Appears To Be Using Mostly Cash-Why Install Only Credit/Debit Self-Check-Outs? 4.) If They Want Me to Use The Self-Check-Out And Do The Work For Them-Then As An Employee-They Should Provide At Least A 10% Discount For Me Doing The Company's Job For Them. This Place Is Almost Always Busy & The Line Wait Can Be Slow Enough It Seems That I Grow More Gray Hairs Every Time I Go There. Prices Are Usually Better Than Most Other Places, But I Have Walked Out Because Of The Lines. They Need More Cashiers-Lanes Open, This Means Paying Well & Hiring People With Good Customer Service Skills. In this Day Of Higher Prices & Crappier Customer Service. We As Customers Deserve Better-ALDIS Used To Be My Go To Store-Now I Base It On How Busy & How Slow They Are Moving The Lines Or How Much they Expect Me To Do The Work For Them.

Need to get rid of homeless looking white hispanic male that waits on your cart and gets upset when he can't have your quarter. The entitlement is beyond me. Carts are also not working properly. Only 2 cashiers in the store so if you prefer self checkout this store is perfect for you.
