The citibank location on Georgia just south of the beltway is a hot mess. The parking is very restricted which is why I was amazed that they allowed 2 construction vans to take up spots (yes, they were working in the building, but they could have been asked to park in the back if the manager had an inkling of how to manage good customer service. After getting a $100 bill when making a withdrawal at the atm (without being asked about the mix of bills whiy goch the ATM normally does), I went to stand in the ONLY line for a teller. I was behind 2 other women. Just as the one in front of me goes up to the teller, a man butts in front of me. I politely asked him to respect the line. He mumbled something and ignored me. So I asked again. At which point he gets louder and insists this is his place in line. All of this without any management showing up. They could at the very least, have line ropes indicating where people should stand. They should review the ATMs to find out why they are giving out $100 bills without question. They should put more tellers in place during the lunch hours. Citi has progressively gotten worse year by year. Now they plan to rebrand, rename, re"tier" their customers accounts. No doubt this will make using them even more expensive and frustrating. I need to do some Credit Union research so I can say goodbye to the CitiBrand of customer disrespect.

They send me a letter on the mail for personal loan. I went to this location and they convinced me to do an application Withe them and I will be approved even though I been told I will not be denied and worst case I will be approved for less than what I asked for. After I did the application they said oh we will call u in 30 minutes or max 2hr 2 days later I didn't receive anything and I had to go back in person to be told that I got denied like WTF . Worse experience

It's the worst bank ever. There is alot of fraud taking place in this bank especially on online transactions. And the customer service personnels are so round rude. Actually so many people I know have complained about the same thing and literally some have already moved to other banks and some are planning to close their accounts and go to other bank. Am also going to close my account as soon as possible and move to another .

If I can give no stars, I definitely would ! There is no professionalism that takes place at this bank. You are not greeted by a smile or even a hello until you've been seated for about 20 minutes. There is not enough employees to assist the amount of individuals who actually bank with this Citibank. This is absolutely absurd ! The employees here walk around and do nothing but stare at their customers. This branch is slow and unwelcoming. GO ELSEWHERE !!

Seems so cold and unfriendly. You wait in line forever. Open more branches. It seems all the branches are closing.
