I placed a reservation on June 14th, for a Chrysler Pacifica or similar model, to pick up on June 17th at 5pm. When I arrived for pick up, I was told they did not have that size vehicle available. The young lady stated that the manager had called to let me know they didn't have that size vehicle. This is not true. I did not receive a call, text, or email, to alert me of the situation. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. In the past, I was able to use a smaller vehicle, but I needed a larger capacity vehicle for a trip the next morning. She told me that I could call other Enterprise locations to see if they had, or expected a vehicle that would meet my needs. I told her that she needed to make the calls and secure a vehicle since it was their company's error that a car was unavailable. She refused to make the calls. I went to another car rental company that evening, and they provided me with the exact vehicle I desired in an efficient and friendly manner. I frequently rent vehicles for my business, however, I will not use this Enterprise location in the future.

This is one of the best car rental experiences I have had in a very long time! This was a busy weekend in DC where car inventory was low. However, this location was able to accommodate me with the SUV I needed. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and kind. And I also did not have a wait!!! I will definitely return!
