Discrimination ,the location is in a heavy Hispanic populated location who english isn’t first language and they take advantage of the fact you probably don’t understand what your agreeing too I witnessed it and was a victim of this practice the t mobile representative said that’s how her manager taught her to get better commissions . I didn’t make a scene I was in a rush after waiting over a hour for simple things so I left disappointed. I heard Verizon pays there employees well so I think I will be going to them and not be profiled and taking advantage of .

Disappointed in t Mobile, I bought a cell phone and a smartwatch and they were damaged. The cell phone was used, it even still has a profile account of a person on Facebook and they sold it to me as new, now it freezes, it pixelates, it moves, I just went, what will they help me with? And what they told me is that they can exchange it for one that is used, I mean that apart from selling used products and passing them off as new, they do not exchange it for a new one but rather for another used one hahaha what a pathetic fraudulent company and the smartwatch did not work from the beginning I never used it because it was damaged the first few days and it didn't turn on. They sell pure garbage in t Mobile. It's better to continue buying in Best-Bay because in that place, if they sell very good products, I recommend not buying in that store because they will sell you used and defective things and they won't bother you. They will solve nothing because what they say is what we can do and end of the story, I mean, the customer has already bought, do not bother us anymore, keep your defective products, we will not help you

I went to the T-Mobile store in Langley park and had the pleasure working with Cindy. She was extremely helpful with a smile on her face the whole time. She made our upgrade so easy. One of the best sales rep I have worked with.

Poor customer service, nobody even greeted us when me and another customer got in, the 3 guys working there, they just kept looking at us like we were bothering them.Monica, didn’t hesitate when i ask her to cancel all my three lines and Apple Watch insurance, I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years and the guys in the store (when they were a block away) always resolved everything with a very nice attitude. Very disappointed, for the first time they made me think if I should stay with the company.

The store was clean and everyone was welcoming. I got Oscar as my sales person, and he was wonderful. When I found out the model I wanted wasn't instore he helped me through the super easy process of ordering it online. Will 100% come back here again for my next upgrade
