The staff is friendly. The store is nice and clean. However, there are not many staff here so it will take you awhile to get business done

I’ve encountered nothing but courteous, helpful service at this location. However, they are frequently understaffed, which leads to slow service and no one answering the phones. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

SOOOOO SLOW!!!! One 1 teller (helpful once I got to the window). The manager was no help and said only the teller can complete withdrawals. I'm sure she has access to a teller drawer. This was my least favorite experience at Truist. I've been banking with SunTrust for over 20 years. The only good part is the first hour in the parking lot is FREE.

This is the most terrible customer service bank I ever experienced in my life. Someone needs to really do something about them at this location. The woman answered my phone call and refused to answer my question as to if my BB&T account would be able to be processed at this location. She just kept repeating the same thing "this is sun trust". And then there was no words as I closed the conversation out. She just hung up on me in a very hostile way. I can see it has several other horrible reviews. Why hasn't anyone done anything about this place yet?

The Customer Service is terrrible.I went to the Suntrust Bank in Takoma Park, Md today at Noon. I wanted to withdraw some money from my checking account. I tried to do it yesterday and today at the ATM machine, but I kept getting an error.Noon is supposed to be a very busy time at most banks. It should be “all hands on deck” – however, when I arrived at the Takoma Park branch, there was only one teller at work. The other teller was behind the counter taking a nap during lunch hour.Meanwhile, the Branch Manager was speaking to one of our co-workers in the front lobby – congratulating her on getting two consumer appointments and one business appointment for this week.Picture this – I’m standing in line – there is another person in front of me – I’ve been standing in line for 10 minutes – no help. Only one teller. I finally had to leave because like most people, I’m working remotely these days and my time is valuable.What’s wrong with this picture? Where is the customer service? Anyone with half a brain knows that lunch hour is the busiest time for any bank – tellers and other employees can always take lunch at 1:00.In summary –The Takoma Park branch ATM machine isn’t working.Only one teller behind the counter during lunch hour when most clients are expected to arrive at the bank.Bragging about lining up appointments when you have a client no more than a few feet away seeking help.My advice- please do better.

I just opened new checking and saving accounts at the SunTrust branch at 6931 Laurel Ave., Takoma Park, MD. I specifically said that I did not want overdraft protection for these accounts. Nonetheless, SunTrust enrolled me in that program anyway. Evidently, SunTrust could not wait to charge me $36 for a potential overdraft, which is what this "service" would have cost me.Shame on SunTrust!

I worest service i ever seen my bank experience!! Personal bank Retailer (Dolores. I. Arevalo) the worest person!! her attitude fir the customers is so bad!! She don't have enough knowledge what she is doing!! better take away from her place!! i closed my account because of her bad service!! bye bye suntrust!!!!
