They referred me to this place and I went in September 2022 to request a Tax ID for my daughter and the girl who works there named Jenny told me that my 2021 taxes had been done wrong since I had gone to another man to do my previous taxes. She charged me $500 to fix my taxes and to request my daughter's tax ID and I have proof of what I paid. As of today, June 16, 2023, they have not given me an answer as to why they have not resolved the Tax ID issue. Even my husband went there and they said they were going to call us and they didn't call us back. Every time I call they ask me for my number and my name and I don't think they even save it because they never make that call and they themselves certainly don't know what they did with my taxes or the Tax ID they requested.
