I made an appointment for a passport, but when I arrived, the person who helped me told me that she didn't have time for a passport, that the appointment didn't matter, and when I was leaving, he started laughing.and he said that especially for Hispanic people she didn't have time

I was looking at the reviews and noticed that they have bad service. I needed a post office but I decided to go to another one and not have a bad time at this post office.

Always kind and helpful. One of the better post offices I've been to.

The clerks at this office are outstanding! They are always helpful and patient. People usually seem to leave reviews to complain, so I wanted to give a positive review to this hardworking, pleasant group of people. Thank you.

have only been to this one twice. in both visits, the same young man (a tad flamboyant) gave me weird and unnecessary attitude, while I remained polite and understanding. unprofessional and nasty, I don't think this guy should represent USPS.

Mail carrier jans packages fit into the mail box, crushed them if they don’t quite fit. If they don’t fit just leaves them on ground by mailbox for anyone to come by and help themselves

Most of the time my mail doesn't even come. I'll get emails with what mail is coming that day and lo and behold no mail gets delivered. I've lived in Taneytown for a year and have not received mail for sometimes as long as a week more than 15 times. absolutely ridiculous.

Since our regular post lady retired in November, we have had several of our letters and boxes lost after being delivered to this post office. We assume the new carrier has delivered them to the wrong houses since we are now finding our neighbor's mail in our mailbox along with packages mixed in with ours that belong to other people. It is very discouraging when you can't even trust the local post office to deliver your mail to you. The latest package that was lost at our post office has caused me to not be able to send out customized Christmas cards to intended recipients. Whoever received my package is either using the cards or has tossed them. Please if you receive someone else's mail, return it to the person listed on the package or letter. It may be your mail one day that is lost. Thank you.

I love my local post office! Some people just need to complain, I guess. When you think about the craziness of trying to deliver so much mail to millions of people, you need to be amazed. The folks at Taneytown P.O. in MD are great! Thanks for you hard work!

This post office is utter garbage. They have consistently, for years, delivered my packages to the wrong address on purpose because the postal carrier finds it easier and more convenient to leave my mail at an abandoned building I don't live at instead of delivering it to my house. I have called the office multiple times to complain and they simply don't care and know I have limited recourse, so they ignored me. I lose mail and packages on a regular basis because of this.

Haven’t received a package yet, they always put my packages at different houses when it clearly has my address on all of my packages, I have been waiting for one big package for a bit now.
