When something needs fixing only have one good maintenace man which is Felix that will fix things in apartment. The rent is high and goes up a lot. I don't management is really concern about keeping apartment fixed, but they want their rent money.

I love the community. My neighbors are considerate and friendly. The business office is always on point in acknowledging any request in a timely manner. They review and stay on top of issues at hand.
