Avoid at all costs. Worst service department that I've ever had to deal with and you will be out a lot of money for nothing. Calling DARCAR corporate wasn't helpful either. Even was chatting with a member of their sales department when looking at a new cars on the sales floor while waiting for my car to be "repaired" tell me how bad the engines are in Kia Souls.... after I purchased one and had my whole engine replaced once already. Gee Thanks, that was great to hear... now! and you want me to buy another one? No thank you! Find another dealer otherwise you are taking your chances especially if you are a woman.

The absolute worst! I was very specific about what I want prior to me scheduling the appt. The morning I got there with my vehicle, I very specific! Doesn't matter if you tell them what you want fixed on your car, they'll fix what they want to, charge you $2200.00 and then say if you want the issue fixed you initial went there for--oh it'll be an additional $1100.00. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional! If you want updates, better drive out there because if you wait on a call--it'll never happen! I addressed my issue with the locations GM... I might as well been addressing it with myself. They pass the buck! Overall experience?! Just horrible! Definitely should've check the reviews first!. They would get no stars if it were up to me!

Kia is ripping into peoples pockets for issues. My issues are emotionally draining. It is unethical. I don't know where to start but I took a chance on Kia and now I have bigger than I can handle regrets. I urge you please do not invest in these types of cars. I can't make sense of it anymore. At this point I'd love to take the car back to where I bought it from the stress is unimaginable. I've asked my boyfriend to take over dealing with my car issues and speaking on my behalf I've gotten so stressed about other things and this car gives me anxiety to drive each day and every couple months there's a check engine light. I urge you please stay away from these cars ....please stay away from these types of cars. A 2019 Kia soul I thought I was working hard to maintain. Guys it's not worth it. My little Toyota was ran into and totaled. Several years my Toyota ran with no issues. This here that I'm dealing with Kia smh. I hope someone looks deeper into these places.

So here we are July 31, 2023 and still my car has not been fixed properly. Actually Ive had more problems since they started working on my car. So lets go down the time line. February 26 - engine goes out and I get it towed to the kia dealership Warranty covered the engine and I had to pay out of pocket for the turbo $1700 June 23 - I finally get my car back July 16 - Radiator blows while im driving. the entire hose blows off July 21 - I get my car back after paying $1400 for radiator and system flush. July 29 - Car over heats coolant is everywhere but the radiator is still intact. July 30 - I get under my car to see if there is any damage to the bottom that may be causing any leaks in coolant, this was the first place i noticed zip ties were used when they repaired my car. Then I look under the hood, I found that my radiator fan isnt working, so i checked the fuse. Fuse was good, but the fan adaptor? ZIP TIED TOGETHER!!! not only are there endless zip ties but there is also duck tape and hella missing screws that weren't missing prior to Kia of Temple Hills started working on my car. (service is closed on Sunday so i dropped the car back off on Monday 7/31) Im growing extremely frustrated at this point. I feel like there may have been a tech error that kia is refusing to admit and charging me for it. Lets see what bill im hit with next

If you care about your money stay away from this dealership, they are scammers and instead of helping people they're here to rob people. I tried to get a car with them, the MSRP was $30k and with all their fees it went up to 39k Again don't let them trick you into saying that the fees are because there's a shortage of the vehicle you're trying to buy!! I'm glad I walked away. Take the drive to a better place, don't give them your money!! I went to a dealership in Annapolis and got my car the same day! SAME CAR I WAS TRYING TO GET HERE for almost 39k with their fees! I got it for 28k!! Trust me there's other places and way better. EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE WALKING INTO A DEALERSHIP SPECIALLY ONE LIKE THIS ONE WHERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, BUT THEIR PROFITS!! I'm glad I walked away and drove 30 mins to Annapolis and got the same car 2023 new, 0 miles for 28k plus tax 30k. Here they were trying to charge fees for 2% sales commission, state taxes was almost 3k (when I only paid 1,800 on taxes at this new place) hidden fees and more. I came back to give this review so they don't get you like they almost got me! I'm glad I walked away. Places like these should be closed....

I won't be returning here for absolutely nothing. I was there for a recall repair. They fixed two of four items. However, they had a missing tool that kept them from repairing the other two. The tool was to come in one week. I called two weeks later, had them check on the tool's arrival. The tool had not come, but they were to borrow one. I made an appointment. Once there, I had to encourage them to check for the tool before I wasted more time in their waiting room and you can guess what happened: no tool. The offer for discounts off future work was an insult. Even with the discount, I am sure I will get faster, cheaper, and much more reliable service at Goodyear. So tomorrow, I travel 30 minutes further for the same service, plus the other dealer says one of the checks is critical.

6 months, they had you minivan for 6 months with no results. No phone calls no email response. Checking up was useless. We here pushed to "trade that in" for a new highly marked up car several times. I made mention to what the conditions and possible issue was. Today after the van puked oil every where I decided to just fix it myself (ASE trained). It was the oil pressure sensor like I mentioned to the service advisor in the beginning. This should have been a 2-3 Hr six with $40ish in parts and chemicals. I dont think we are buying anymore KIA vehicles.

Please visit this location! I had the best experience here with Rodney, Juan and Tyrone! These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and honest! I called on to ask a quick question with all intentions of car searching on my own. I spoke with Rodney, he went above and beyond by searching for a car in my price range, mileage, year and even interior color! The car I decided on wasn’t at this dealership, so he went and picked it up for me! Juan and Tyrone helped me with the financing part, answered all concerns and made sure I had the best additional coverage on my car! I will absolutely refer any and everyone to this location!

Terrible, terrible service. Plan on making multiple calls AND visits if you want anything remotely resembling service. I would email, call and leave voice messages for the service representative, only to have to finally come in, to speak to someone in-person. They recommended an engine replacement for me but refused to give me any real details. The response to my query as to why was "we'd have to dismantle the motor to find out what's wrong." Really? But then they put it on the diagnostic machine and charge me over $200 for that including "shop supplies." Shop supplies for a diagnostic hook up? Ultimately I had my car towed from there - after again, multiple communication attempts so that I wouldn't be there another hour just to get my car. It still ending up being over an hour - even though I had let them know two days ahead when I would be coming to get it.

This was my second visit to this dealership for service and they have lost a customer for sure. The first time, 2 tires took 5 hours. On Thanksgiving Day, a rattle on the passenger side of my car became increasingly loud. I decided to go back to this Kia Dealership, mainly because they have a waiting area and I wouldn't have to get a ride home and back from my regular mechanic. I was told the cost to diagnose my problem would be approximately $230 which is OUTRAGEOUS. I was told by Michael, the service manager, that I wouldn't have to pay anything if there was no problem. BUT I'M HERE BECAUSE THERE IS A PROBLEM! The diagnosis was a strut mount and the price quoted was roughly $750. I specifically asked if this INCLUDED the price to diagnose the problem and I was told yes. I paid for the part that day which was $323 and was told to come back on Monday at any time. On Saturday, I decided to call the parts department to see if the part was in. I was told that parts don't come in over the weekend. I decided at that point that I would not drive to the dealership if the part wasn't there yet. On Monday, I called the service manager who said that he would call me back because they were having computer problems. I waited 2 hours and then called the parts department. I was told by them that the part wouldn't be in until Tue or Wed. The gentleman said that he wasn't sure why the manager told me to come in on Monday, especially without talking to them first. Tuesday afternoon, I called the parts department and was told the part was in and the gentleman transferred me to the service dept. There was no answer. I did leave a message, but didn't receive a call back. I went in Wed morning and dropped my car off. When I came back to pay, imagine my shock when I was told the price was $684! With the part, the total was $1007 which was not $740. I started to complain and the cashier called the service manager over, but I told him nevermind and decided to pay and leave. This was too much misinformation for me.

From start to finish, this dealership really looked after me. The initial contact with Nia was smooth. She answered all my questions about the car. She made things super easy. Mike the manager took care of me. He's a straight shooter. Doesn't like to go back and forth. He saved me a lot of time. Mike went above and beyond for me. He didn't even leave to go home until he saw I was settled in, comfortable and ready to drive home in the new car. That really left an impression on me since I had come to the dealership by myself and I was their last customer. Shout out to the Tyrone who does the financing. He was so patient dealing with me while I was reading all the paperwork. Very professionally handled. Highly recommend this dealership! If you want to work with someone who is professional, friendly but can also make you laugh, ask for Nia.

Traded my previous car in for a new Kia on July 1st. I am a 100% disabled vet originally from SC, so my wife and I decided to just transfer my DV tags to avoid the hassle of having to get new ones. They first tried to charge me more than $5k over the agreed purchase price. Then when we said no, they said "oh, it was a mistake". Then tried for $3k more, with the basis being taxes. We agreed bc we knew SC is exempt and we only pay an IMF fee of $500 , so we would get the $ back from the state, anyway. Remember, this is July 1st. They sold the Tesla we traded in around July 15th. Then, they never sent the paperwork for the trade in of the Tesla, so it's still registered to us while a new owner is currently driving it. They haven't sent the paperwork for the Kia to the DMV, and instead has had my wife calling them every week bc we can't register the car. Today, is September 16. They sent us an extension to the paper tag about 2 weeks ago and a State Trooper just left my house, informing me that my license has been suspended bc the Tesla isn't insured (the one we haven't owned in almost 3 months), and that the extension tag that they sent us is illegal bc only the DMV can give extensions to paper tags. You've been warned

I purchased a vehicle from here back at the end of April only to have an issue with one of the armrest hinges popping out when its opened all the way which randomly happened to me one evening so i go back to the service center to explain the problem only for them to essentially blame the problem on me as if i pulled the armrest to far back and broke it myself therefore the dealership nor Kia should have to fix that issue without a fee.. Honestly it was a hassle even getting this vehicle from them as they had to go to another dealership and trade a vehicle in order to get the one i wanted the vehicle had almost 100miles on it when i bought it and i was told it was on the other dealers lot for a while i assume being test drive by lots of people and in which case the armrest i am sure was opened tons of times before i got it and i did not think to even check if that part had signs of being hyper extended before i drove off with it so now i am stuck with it partially broken unless i want to pay a big fee for a replacement.

Never buy a car from here!! Absolutely the worst experience ever! False transparency and lack of professionalism!
