They deserve a negative star... I am a tenant at the suites by renz in waldorf. Renz and Maria illegally evicted me because I chose to terminate my lease. Per section 2 page either the landlord or tenant can terminate this contract with 2 weeks written consent. He retaliated and told me to be out by 5 or he would throw my things away. I arrive and the locks have been changed with all of my belongings inside. I have a $0 balance and no paperwork has been filed for an eviction. Landlords are required to go through the court to first file a notice of intent to evict then a court date is scheduled for a judge to make their ruling. Maria calls the police & says Im trespassing yet doesnt mention I am a tenant trying to access the building. 7 cops are there because Renz is so aggressive & they've had many issues with him before. The police told me and them that they cant kick me out & they cant touch my things. They threw away $18k worth of my equipment and materials for my business. I am a single parent and this stops my business indefinitely because I have to replace everything. Landlords cant retaliate for any reason. Both you and the landlord have the write to not renew or terminate a lease if its done the proper way via the court. I am heartbroken & devastated that this has happened to me and so many other people in the DC area. he is a crook & scammer. DO NOT SHOP OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN

I purchased hair from Bundles by Renz mid December for $410.00 and got it installed late December. Hair immediately out of the packaging had a really fishy odor. Closure very hard to bleach. After washing and conditioning hair fish smell was still there. Hair sheds A LOT! Hair tangles A LOT! Ends of the hair are very nappy! Hair does not hold a curl or it's pattern. The hair is Amazon quality. I contacted Bundles by Renz on the day of install no reply. I resent the message a few days later still no reply. I wrote under a picture on the Instagram page asking to be contacted no reply and the message was immediately deleted. I wrote the same message under another picture the next day and the same thing the message was deleted. So not only is the hair trash the customer service is trash.

The hair was wonderful no complaints on the product whatsoever. The shop was very clean and cute! I love that there's a physical location for bundles. However the employee that runs the bundle side of the shop "stepped out" and I have waited at the door now from 1:04pm-1:20pm. The woman still hasn't returned. I'm in such a major rush and need to be in silver spring an hour away atp. (She eventually arrived and now I understand. They run the shop but the shop runners are also the stylist. She stepped out to the supply store with a client who she returned with. So plan accordingly)

I'm a very sympathetic and understanding person when it comes to services done by small and medium size businesses. But when I paid a deposit to get my hair cut to D2cutz, only for him to cancel my appointment and never follow up, I knew I'd never visit again. I don't recommend using D2cutz services and you all have been warned.

I loved my service and my Stylist Cortia she is a youngin but baby girl got my bundles all the way together. I went back for a maintenance and she was just as sweet and professional as could be. I'm letting my hair breath but best believe I'm going back in a couple of weeks. I never tried a frontal and she talked me into getting one for the next style. I'll try to upload the video I took of my hair. Peep my traditional with the top left out. This is three bundles from Renz's store.

I booked the barber D2 in January for myself and my son. He couldn't see me at the time I booked because he had to go get his car. I scheduled a morning appointment and he asked me to reschedule for 8pm that evening. I couldn't do that so we rescheduled for the next day. I was getting ready to go to the shop when D2 asked me to come now and told me he only had one spot available. I live 30 mins away and I couldn't do that so I just asked for a refund which he said would come 7-10 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks. I messaged him asking about it; I didn't receive an email or update on the refund. He was very unprofessional with his response as he told me he was doing me a favor for cutting my son when I paid him for a service I did not receive. Now I have to wait for PayPal to look into it.

I’ve only seen “d2masterbarber” so this only applies to him. When I came in he welcomed me to a dirty station with hair all over the floor. He didn’t listen to anything I said about how I like my hair. Instead he decided to do what he wanted to do, By making me look like Elvis Presley. Instead of opening conversation about how I like my hair he drowned me out with a loud movie playing with lots of screaming women and children. I am not satisfied with my hair cut and the customer service was horrible I will not be back.
