I patronized this gas station on 4/2/25 to purchase gas for $25.00. The receipt appeared as if they only submitted a charge for only $25.00. When I got home I checked my credit card purchases and this gas station double charged me. When I went back the cashier was adamant about not charging me twice even though I showed him the double purchase on my account. He said it was the credit card company’s fault. It was a purchase how could it be
the credit card company’s fault??? As I was disputing the charge with him a young man walked in behind me and said they did the same thing to him. My credit card company will be reversing that extra charge and I will no longer patronize this gas station. They are stealing from loyal customers and not being held accountable. Please know that dishonesty is not a recipe for a successful business!

Complaint Against Owner Raaziq
On December 13, 2024, I visited Shell and requested a $35.00 fuel fill-up. However, only $26.87 was charged, leaving an outstanding balance of $8.13. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, the establishment failed to provide one.
The Storefront Associates assured me that a refund would be processed within 48 hours, but this never occurred. Over the course of several visits (Monday, Thursday, and Friday), I was consistently asked to return at a later time. When I finally spoke with Raaziq, the owner, he claimed that the transaction was pre-authorized and never occurred. However, I provided evidence that the transaction had indeed cleared.
I am extremely disappointed in the service and honesty of Shell and its owner, Raaziq. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of integrity and accountability. Attached are the photos of Raaziq the thief and the associate who lied and processed the transaction

They have had my car since yesterday. I've been calling the gas station all morning and No one ever answers the phone. How do you have my vehicle and not answer the phone? If my vehicle gets towed, I'm taking it to another level

If you don't KNOW what's wrong with it, don't take it there. Take it to someone who knows how to properly diagnose a car problem or else they're gonna guess what's wrong with it and make YOU pay for the parts & labor without knowing what's wrong it.

I have a sneaking suspicion that they sabotage my car while doing a md state inspection. It was an older car but during the month I was driving it there was nothing much wrong with it. I brought it in for an inspection on a Tuesday morning to which they failed it. The inspection itself was freaking iffy. I saw them literally take a ballpoint hammer to remove my tires and bang around the undercarriage. Also I had to wait 4 hours in a hot muggy 90+ degree Tuesday morning just to be seen. By early Saturday morning around 3am it completely died on me on my was home from work. The whole month I was driving it was fine. They got their mitts on it and it dies not even 5 days later. I think they set my car up to fail so that I have to come back and spend money on repairs with them. I strongly advise against getting your vehicle checked out at this Shell.

The worst inspection station ever, i went and did my car inspection and AMIR wrote the wrong mileage on the paper, then when i came back to complete my inspection he told me the car has more than a 1000 miles after sitting in the shop, so i would have to do over the inspection plus he dont have time ill have yo go somewhere else.

I don't support half functioning businesses in my neighborhood. You payment terminal don't work. I attempted to use the Giant Fuel Rewards Program, and the system was broke. I went and got my gas elsewhere.

If you plan on taking your car here for state inspection.. DONT! Just Go elsewhere. They will damage your car and fail it just to try to get money out of you for repairs.

This service station has no concern for patrons nor the community. After calling and scheduling an appt. For 1pm I arrived only to be told to pull around the side until he finished his lunch which took an additional 40min. Did i mention he scheduled my apointment for 1pm. I called at 9:15 am arrived at 1:15 believing i was allowing him time to finished up, only to find the vehicle was still there he was about finished (his words he said) so he proceeded to asked to wait until he finished, which i thought was reasonable, things happen, well after waiting for another 20 minutea i pulled around Believing maybe i was forgotten only to be told he was eating lunch. say what!?!? TotallyShocked!!! ? now it 2:50/3pm and to late to schedule with anyone else... Figure that. Total time wasted. Never again. Not worth the emotions, just so you know. Never again. Go elsewhere whereas, your time matter and money matter. Peace
