Sadly I thought I was sending my daughter to a good school to get her ready for the next step. But all the changes and weird communication on Sunday nights threw me off. I thought they was "closed" for some repairs in the school. Until I get a letter from the state letting us know they were suspended. The owner never even communicated that to the parents. Until it was time to "reopen". Not to mention they raised their tuition for when they reopen. I don't think that's fair especially when I signed a contract stating a different price. Now you want me to pay extra so you can pay catch up. I had high hopes for this place. But it has let me down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my 1year old and my 8yr old in this daycare. My 8year old was in the before and after care program. They use the van to drop off and pick up my son. One evening (about 2days ago) I went at about 5:50pm to pick up my kids. They give me my 1yr old and I'm waiting outside for my 8yr old. They then tell me he isn't there and that he wasn't picked up from school because he never came out his school. I then called all my family to see if someone picked him up and didn't tell me. No one did. I go to the school, he is not there. I then call 911 and file a missing person's on my son. Soon as I get off the phone with 911 I get word that my son is actually at the daycare. I go back to the daycare for the director to tell me that they found him on the van, sleep. My 8yr old was locked inside the daycare van for a little more than an hour and a half and no one at the daycare realized. My 1yr old and 8yr old no longer attend this daycare. They have completely broken my trust and put my sons life at risk

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. I applied and paid the registration fee for my child to start a month after I registered. I was informed by Ms Erica everything would be set to go. Two weeks before my child was scheduled to start, I got a letter from CCS stating they never got the scholarship information. So I decided to pull up and see what’s going on since no one was answering the phone. Sept 27th I arrived to an empty center thinking they were on a field trip I kept my hopes up. TODAY 10/10/23 I called them again after calling all last week and I arrived to a note saying they’ve been EVICTED!!!! I’m absolutely pissed because I received no call no email not even my voucher paperwork back to find a new place. Absolutely unprofessional unacceptable and DISGUSTING.

CHECK THE NEWS BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR KIDS HERE! All those 4-5 star reviews were because they were offering tired just got home from a long day parents DONUTS (I KID YOU NOT) DONUTS for favorable reviews, even has staff write many of them to boost ratings. Majority of the staff there are Ghetto and extremely Condescending! They have had multiple complaints filed against them! They’re unorganized, kept changing policies on short notice as well as requiring uniform 1 day advance! ALSO BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT, THEY JUST GOT THEIR LICENSE SUSPENDED BY THE STATE, THAT SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

My daughter has been going to this daycare for more than 4 years. I’m sorry the new management has changed everything and not all for the good of the community . It’s unorganized, it’s always new employees, I can’t get ahold of no one in the office and everything keeps changing. The daycare keeps changing their policies, time of operation and one is on the same page. I really miss when the older lady Mrs. Brooks and her daughter ran this daycare. It was well organized and much better. I’m not trying to be mean, I’m being honest. The staff is nice but the communication can be much better. The daycare is clean and new renovated. Let’s just hope the school year is better operated than this past summer

I have my three girls in this center . They are family orientated and treats the kids as their own. Finding this center was definitely a blessing for my family with our busy lifestyle ?? My 18 month old learning development has increased significantly. Thanks for all you guys hard work.

Truly enjoy the work environment! Ms.Errika, Ms.Desiree and the owner Mr.Tony are very helpful and informative about the center! teachers are very hands on and caring with the children in their care!

The customer service here is awesome! Julian and Ericka are very helpful when it comes the front office and I love the way the communicate. My daughters teacher Breanna! OMG the warm welcome I received when I had to first leave her was so breath taking. She is an awesome Teacher and I just love how she cares for my daughter. She always keeps me posted with anything that is needed or going on with my child. It makes it very easy to be a work and know she’s in good hands! Since day one she has been very good to my daughter. I also can’t leave out Erica and Gilbert! Very welcome as well. They both always greet nicely. The daycare it self has been a blessing!

Julian is absolutely awesome and a consummate professional!! I've had the opportunity to visit the Learning Center several times and each time, Julian has been there. His friendly demeanor and his loyalty not just to the Center, but more importantly to the children and the parents is evident in all that he does. Any employer would be lucky to have an employee like Julian.

This is a fantastic Daycare. My daughter loves to come here. The facility is spotless and welcoming. They have star employees, Mr.Julian, Ms. Erika, Ms.Bri, Ms. Mary, Ms. Prescott, and Mr.Gilbert are excellent when handling the care of my daughter. I appreciate this establishment and recommend it to future parents.

I’ve had a great experience at Smiling Faces, My two children were developed at their center, I had nothing but good words to say.I felt my children were safe and advancing well in many learning aspects. I would definitely recommend and rate 10/10 overall!

Erica Briggs is a true team player who goes out of her way to ensure that things get done regardless of whether the task is in her job description or not. She takes her job very seriously and puts her heart into building strong relationships with anyone she meets. Her friendliness, compassion and strong work ethic make her an amazing addition to the Smiling Faces Learning Center.

My twins have been attending this center since they were 4 months old and they are soon to be 3 years old. There were some bumps in the road with the previous management, but I continued to work through the challenges because of the staff and time that has been invested. Breanna, Julian, and Gilbert are amazing and they show so much care and compassion with my twins. The new management/owner has implemented so many things that the previous management was lacking. I’m constantly getting updates of the twins curriculum and photos that I can keep for memories. A special shout-out to the entire team, although I’m unable to share names. Thank you guys for supporting me through challenges and caring for the twins.
