Shaz. Is truly amazing. I was turned down by almost every dealership I went into. Shaz gave me hope. He kept in touch we me thru the whole process and most of all he was honest with me. He has amazing customer service. If you need a car and you down on luck please call him I grantee you he will not disappoint you.

SHAZ SHAZ SHAZ…. What can I say that hasn’t already been said…. Honest. He told me the things I didn’t want to hear but needed to know to help me keep my car! He came in on his day off???, he was patient and very informative. Breaking it down in the easiest terms so I fully understood. with all the dealers you see, it’s hard to know who’s legit and can really get you into a car. THIS THE ONE, Y’ALL! Thank you very much!

This place has by far the best atmosphere for customer relations. From the multiple auto dealerships on this strip, Temple Hills Used Cars(specifically Mr shaz) was the only who told specifically why i wasnt getting approved anywhere else and what i needed to do to get a car. Their rates and deals are beyond fair, and they work with you! Any services, parts, or other was taken care of by them and my car feels like NEW. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Sorry for the late review. But Immediately upon meeting Shaz I knew he was not going to bs me like the other car dealers In the area. And I was right. He sat down with me told me everything he beloved I would have to do and need to get approved (BEFORE RUNNING MY CREDIT). Then the aftermath was perfect. My car is up to par and runs perfectly fine 93 days later. He is a must go to and a great person to refer to. His words are his bond and he speaks what he believes

Absolutely horrible customer service and an extreme lack of knowledge on the pricing and maintenance of vehicles. I called Friday about their 2017 Chevrolet Cruze and was told to come in Monday around 10:30-11 because the car was being "detailed". I drove over an hour in intense traffic to a complete no show. Then when I did arrive the car was filthy, had rust on the paint and rims, and displayed poor condition and lack of maintenance. The car salesman Shaz was unapologetic, despite trying to solicit unsafe and poorly maintained motor vehicles. Absolutely disgusted with this business and will be reporting to the DMV and better business bureau. Save your money, time, and well being.I would give 0 stars if I could

Shaz is the best !!! I WENT EVERYWHERE LOOKING FOR A CAR AND I CAME HERE HE GOT ME IN A CAR IN LESS THAN A HR FOR A GREAT PRICE. Even paid for me a rental. I’m so thankful for him he a really great person God is good !!!
