Incredibly rude staff. Couldn’t advise on basic questions and taking phone calls during while attending customers and getting annoyed that they were getting interrupted from their phone call.

The worst thing about the post office is that they don't serve you properly, and especially when you get your passport, they make you wait until they want to serve you. As a person, you're paying money. They should serve you properly.
