“I would give Mike’s Auto Body a 10/5 if I could. I picked them out of a google search to repair my car after an accident. They coordinated with the insurance adjuster. Brandon provided progress updates along the way. He was professional, friendly and wonderful to work with. When I picked up my car it looked fantastic, plus they vacuumed the inside! Everyone there did a great job. I highly recommend them.”

On top of all of this, he made the process quick and easy. Nothing like any other dealership I’ve been to. He is a Veteran and he is blunt so just make sure you are prepared for his no-nonsense attitude (which I appreciated).
I think the negative reviews on here are most likely just from people who went in and made lowball offers on vehicles and weren’t happy that they were told no. Expect to pay what’s on the tag and don’t haggle here. The prices are already very fair.”

“There are lots of good choices around here for shops. Gateway has done a great job with maintenance for us multiple times. Parking is tight, but you can generally find a place. Clean and comfortable waiting room. They've been willing to get me in on short notice, and their rates for tire work, at least before fees and shop charges, are the best I've seen. Highly recommend.”
