It is always a pleasant experience to visit PNC. Tellers are very good at working with each individual need. And they are always very helpful and cheerful to help in any way.

Too busy to open a youth bank account, but tellers are doing nothing. So many people waiting in seats. This bank doesn’t want your business. Appointments required for most services. Do not waste your time walking in here.

Save yourself the time using PNC & go elsewhere. The Thurmont PNC drive thru Kiosk doesn't read checks correctly and once you've lost your check, time & money, the lovely ladies in PNC will blame you & let you deal with the problem on your own. Don't use PNC bank let alone this specific one. You'll get bent over backwards.

Do not ever trust the ATMs at this branch. They constantly fail and cause serious problems, not least of which include taking your money and then keeping it without depositing it in your account.And to be clear, they are convinced it’s not their responsibility.

I have been trying to close an account for 5 months, it had been hacked and I realized their investigation can take awhile but when pnc was done with the investigation they never called me after they being tired of me entering the branch told me they would. The locked account during investigation continued to get service charges. I went in again to hear “opps did no one call you” only to be told again the branch manger wasn’t in but promised to call me back today to close the account, bank is closed and no call. This may not seem like a big deal but they have yet to be helpful or keep their word on anything. If you weren’t going to help me just say so but feeding me lies about your follow through is insulting. Rest ashurd I will be in tomorrow ready to close every account I have with you.
