Though there was a misunderstanding regarding service dogs, the staff's general demeanor was praised. This was the second year in row my wife and I stayed here over the July 4th weekend, and both times were great. The view from the room of the bay was spectacular. The staff was friendly, and the price was the best I could find in the area. Highly recommend if visiting St. Michaels or Tilghman Island.
