Purchased computer workstation from Rasmus auction that had a short 2-day window for pickup. Called and then submitted information to 1 Stop Pack N Ship. Received timely estimate and confirmation of pickup of the item. Item arrived well packed a week ahead of my estimated timeline. I will not hesitate to use it in the future.

Terrible service and customer support! I used 1 Stop Pack n Ship to send a valuable piece of art from Northern Virginia to Seattle. I specifically requested that the corners of the frame be protected during shipping, and I paid the significant extra fee for a custom wood crate. When I received it, the frame was broken in multiple places, and the corners had not been reinforced as I had requested. I tried multiple times to get the matter resolved and I got nothing but a huge run-around and a bunch of finger-pointing. I will never use this company again!

I used 1Stop Pack N Ship several times for moving locally in DC & they did an amazing job. When I moved to Germany they did it again and I am so thankful. During this stressful time for me they helped me a lot and did an awesome job.
Truly professional Moving and packing company! Highly recommend this company!!

Had them pick up from Weschler's auction and ship to me. No confirmation # til after PKG came up missing from my front porch. Very little communication. Claim was supposedly filed with FedEx but ???

1stoppacknship packed a large painting for me in a crate. A third party shipped the crate. Because of a mistake I made in paperwork, I encountered logistical challenges and a delay in shipment. Through emails and phone conversations, I worked with Roy, who proved to be patient and understanding of my predicament. If it weren't for Roy and his team, that crate would not have been shipped. Thank you to everyone at 1stoppacknship for helping me. Happy Holidays!

Great service during a stressful, chaotic time. They came in while we were moving my mom. They were able to take a large number of fragile family items and ship the various pieces to 4 different addresses across the country in a timely, careful manner. I highly recommend them - the only reason I didn't give them five stars is I didn't know that if we paid by credit card we would have to pay a 3% fee. Since they were not able to price the shipments until after we had left the area I would have needed to snail mail a check (which I didn't have at the time) or - use a credit card. Otherwise, their work is top notch and I would definitely use them again. :)

If I could give a minus star review I would definitely give this place that rating. Avoid at all cost! Disorganize and confused, The owner is not respectful or polite. A total mess!

Me and my family had horrible experience with the owner of this business, Roy Khosrow Azima. He severely damaged a priceless 19th century french furniture while moving and promised us that he will fix it. He later took this furniture hostage and asked for more money. We had call police twice on him to get our furniture back. He also refused to give us a receipt for the service and hang up the phone on use twice. He is also verbally abusive and physically hostile when we dealt with him. We took the matter to the court. If you want your valuables to be safe, avoid doing business with Roy Khosrow Azima. He is a dishonest and vulgar individual and does not deserve your business.

The manager was not helpful at all and he wouldn't even work with me on shipping an international package most of the other store that I went to work with me on a payment plan to pay for my package to be shipped out. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all no wandering that have. A 1 star. Their customer service is awful

They did exactly what they said. They picked up and packed the furniture and then sent it to Its Destination with a very old and feeble driver who was surprised we didn't have help to unload. He likely damaged the furniture unloading as he dropped it off the truck and dragged it in the garage where it remains. Apparently the only one stop they made was to cash the check. By the way they also increased their price at pick up. Inq After unpacking we noticed there was substantial damage. I sent photos they put me off and asked For estimate. I sent the estimate and they said they would turn over to insurance. They refused to tell me what insurance or a claim number. In fact, I am but able to get past the receptionist in the last few weeks.
