Ryan (the manager at the Timonium location) isn’t usually even at this particular property, and happened to be there when we set up my storage cube unit! Ryan went above and beyond to set up an easy to follow map and plan when establishing this storage locker
I’m forever grateful for the amazing customer service and how everything from handled from soup to nuts with this company

The young lady who manages the facility is friendly and courteous. The location seems clean, but there are mice around. I've only had the storage locker for a short time and and have discovered mouse droppings twice.

Joey B was very helpful . I explained to Joey that I had to be somewhere at a specific time. Joey understood and valued my time. Joey showed me my unit , I signed my documents and was able to make my next appointment on time .

This Storage Place is Top Notch! The person who runs it, Christy, really knows her stuff. However, she could use a little help. She just cannot be in 2 places at 1 time. You will see her taking care of rhe grounds then a bit later inside helping people. She puts a sign up saying when she will be back but you cannot get anything done in 15, 30 or so minuets. Please get her some help, if not, how about someone for a couple days so she can do all of her tasks. Or maybe show her how much she is appreciated & doing such a swell job. You don't find many like her anymore.
Oh, and how about a restroom on the 2nd floor???

Signed up for a unit completely online and when I stopped by in the afternoon everything was ready and waiting for me. The property mgr greeted me at the unit and set everything up for me ! Great service!
