Walked in to Best Buy on 1717 York Road in Towson Md., as the website states walk in accepted to speak with an agent...
They weren't even busy. I asked one of the agents if they could answer a couple quick questions for me about a scandisk sruve and they wouldn't even allow me to ask. Said to make an appointment for next Tuesday. I couldn't believe it!
I then found a manager name J.... in this store and explained the situation and instead of helping he suggested I go to the other location.
Unbelievable experience! Like being in the twilight zone!

My one and only phone crashed Sunday nite and tried apps to fix it my self. Very much stressed, I decided to try the Geek Squad in Timonium. I didn't have an appointment but a very kind young man, Alex, asked about my problem. He said, don't worry, I can fix that for you. Sure enough, after patience and persistence, he did
I was so happy and was ready to pay for his expertise but he said no charge and would not accept a tip. He made my day!!

Made an appointment on a Tuesday for diagnostic and possible lens repair on my iPhone. Waited over 30 minutes after appointment time to be seen. Was told part needed to be ordered and it would take 30 minutes to complete paperwork, so I left and came back. When I returned a couple hours later, paperwork still was not ready, so I waited another 20 minutes. Made appointment for service at a later date, and when I arrived, I was told the tech needed another 1.5 hours to begin service, so I left and came back to drop my phone off. 2 hours later when coming to pick it up, I was told the lens wasn’t fixed and THEY BROKE THE BACK OF MY PHONE. I have to come back yet another time to to get them both fixed…the worst experience. If an Apple product, just go to the Genius Bar.

honestly, could not have asked for any better service, and I appreciate it the way they explain it to me even though I was tech savvy. I actually really understand what they were talking about from the way they explain it to me.

I didn't have a successful experience in using the site to complete a business transaction. I finally used a different means of communication to complete the transaction. This was unsettling.
