In my 12 weeks with Kevin I have gone from 224 to 199 # with surprising ease. Still going down and have started my jogging again with ease. I'll do my first Turkey Trot this Thanksgiving for the first time in 3 years. Couldn't be happier with Kevin. He knows what he's doing and cares about his people. If you are motivated to do lifestyle changes and want the support and the knowledge to do that with, I recommend Kevin Grodnitzky’s NutritionCoaching with no reservations. Kevin is a very personable professional with experience and expertise in nutrition, diet and weight loss. I really enjoyed his morning chats promoting how we think about what we eat and how we exercise. It was important to do daily journals which create an accountability not only to another person but to yourself. As an older female, I knew that weight loss for me would be slow, but I lost 11 pounds over 12 weeks following the protocol Kevin set up for me and making it a conscious effort to build even a 15 minute walk into my daily schedule. I'm really glad I made the decision to work with Kevin. I am very pleased with my progress on his program - he delivers on everything he advertises! He is extremely knowlegable and has a number of tools and resources he utilizes to ensure your success. He tailors a simple to follow eating plan for your individual needs and makes adjustments as needed. I plan to continue to work with Kevin beyond the initial 12 week program and look forward to continuing my healthy living journey with him.

I have been working with Kevin since October and am thrilled with the results. He helped me reach my goal weight in a way that was manageable for a full-time working mom of two young kids. Our weekly meetings kept me on track and accountable. If I hit a bump in the road, Kevin would reevaluate my meal plan and make extremely helpful adjustments and suggestions. I have been working with Kevin since mid-May of 2022. With his advice and counsel, I have been able to lose nearly 40 pounds after years of struggling with weight loss. My energy and stamina are better. The metrics (weight and blood pressure) look very good. I make better decisions about what and how much to eat. In addition to the one-to-one weekly video sessions, Kevin makes periodic group video presentations on timely and interesting topics.With the holiday season soon upon us, I look forward to his continued advice. There's no magic that will stop a bit of stuffing and mashed potatoes from hitting the dinner plate, but I am much better informed to understand the consequences and get back on track afterwards.

I feel that the approach was a one-size fits all which clearly did not work for me. Although my goal is to lose weight, the "program" I was given was absolutely unsustainable. When there were no results after two weeks, and rounding-error results at week 3, I gave up and decided to go back to my own strategy. I was not contacted for feedback, nor was I offered a refund. I cannot recommend.

“I’ll start eating better on Monday.” How many times did I say that? I knew all about the various diets and had tried a few. Some worked temporarily, but I needed accountability. I needed direction. I needed something sustainable for the long haul. I found Kevin online and his approach to eating and fitness was the right road for me. He is encouraging and knows his field. His plan is tailored to the individual and rooted in science, not fad. I lost 30 pounds in a few months and I’ve taken my time shedding another 10. My cholesterol, blood pressure and weight are all the best they have been in my entire adult life. More than that, I feel great! I rarely get headaches and my energy abounds. Thanks, Kevin!

I have been working with Kevin since September 2020. My initial goal was to lose weight. After my initial consultation with Kevin I learned how vital eating well is to my overall health, specifically to decreasing the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer. Not only have I lost 55 pounds, my lab values and vital signs are all near perfect. Kevin is an incredible motivator, educator and judgement free life style coach. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is serious about improving their overall health and wellness.

I've been working with NCC for several years now and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
