Seth is the best!!! I was struggling for a few weeks to find a decent place to store my belongings since I am in the process of moving. I didn’t need anything too big since it will be short term and Seth helped me find the right space. My storage room is clean and just right for me. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Give him a raise! Thanks Seth.

It's annoying that the employees don't have a sign to put in the window when they need to leave the office. There isn't even an open/close sign! But I'm glad I stuck around for a bit because Kai was super thorough with answering all my questions and helped make up for the wait.

Kai really helped me and was very professional thru getting my items into the storage unit. Even went the extra mile to help me load everything in my storage unit. Rare to see that customer service in this day and age. 100% recommend! THANK YOU AGAIN KAI!!!!!

Edit: the place is making clear efforts to take care of the mice and it seems to be working! Great to see a company taking initiative to fix something
Staff is always friendly when we see them walking about! While there is a rodent issue the people working there seem to be doing what they can to manage the issue and try to keep the place clean
