I've been in advertising for over 20 years and SBT in Timonium has never let me down! They have great customer service, quick turnarounds, fair prices, and the product quality is excellent. They can find a way to fabricate almost anything you can imagine. I've been happy every time.

I don’t know if the actual owner of this shop is there or not, but if they’ve left it in the hands of their employees, they should be informed that they will soon face significant losses with the way their staff operates and treats customers.

I absolutely do not recommend this place at all. They are extremely irresponsible and do not care about their customers. On cloudy days, they just close up and send an email saying, “Due to weather conditions, we are closed today!” They make you wait for weeks just to give you a simple quote, and no matter how much you follow up, you never hear back from them. This is how they waste your time. I’m truly disappointed with their customer service and business practices.

I met with and spoke with Tiffany several times to confirm layout and prices of signs. We agreed on a proof and I confirmed all ok with the order. When the sign was completed I then got a message from Erik to pick it up. Now the price had inexplicably doubled! I explained to Eric that Tiffany and I had agreed to a lower price. He then screamed at me and hung up! Clearly Eric needs customer relations training! I then went to the Owings Mill Signs by Tomorrow and got the sign at a lower price than the original quote. I came into their shop on August 25 with a rough draft, and explained what I was wanting. Instead of a banjo, guitar, upright bass, and mandolin (which was in my artwork), there was a picture of an electric guitar, a ukulele, a large violin with the chin rest at the bottom instead of a bass, and the only correct instrument was the banjo (with a brown head instead on a white one).A week later the second proof was sent to me, and I was surprised to see my rough artwork on the proof. The instruments were correct put the drawing was a rough drawing. I said I didn't want my rough draft, but nice pictures of the four bluegrass instruments.I contacted them twice and never heard back from them. Signs By Tomorrow is now like Signs By Next Month...if at all.

Great experience! Fast and very professional. I needed a banner last minute for an event on a holiday weekend. They turned my project around in 24 hours! Will definitely use them again.

Signs By Tomorrow Timonium provided quality service in excellent time, despite it being a holiday week. There was an issue with billing that was quickly and expertly corrected. I recommend this staff for their professional service.

This by far is the worst sign company that I have ever worked with. I ordered signs and they did not come as described. I was interested in returning them or getting better ones. Instead of a resolution, I have gotten the run around for almost 4 weeks. I am not past the time I needed the signs. I still have no signs and I have no refund. DO NOT USE this company. The people that work there have like no clue what is going on.
