I just called xfinity to pay a bill and spoke to Vee. Vee couldn't have been any nicer. Vee explained things to me in a way I could understand and was very polite and helpful when I asked her questions about my service. I truly appreciate the time she took with me and wish more customer service people could be so kind.Thank you Vee, it was a pleasure speaking with you and although I got disconnected after my call and couldn't leave my survey I want all to know how much I appreciate having spoken with you.

Chris is an awesome efficient worker in this location though I don’t like the services with the company the employees in this store are honest and awesome and very respectful and on point with their service I decided to transferred out of Xfinity services becaUse their services is poor but the in store employees are great

Picked up my essentials and had some trouble setting it up, the guy who helped me in the store here went out of his way to sit on the phone with me to get me connected with an actual person in tech support and explained what was going on! Totally polite and sympathetic the whole time, awesome service!

I have to share my recent visit to the Xfinity store in Timonium. With prior issues with Xfinity customer service I was prepared for the worst. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received.
Iris and Tucker exceeded my expectations and they quickly and efficiently resolved my problem.

I first visited this store last week. I had a phone shipped to me and was told because I was importing a landline, that I needed to visit a physical store. After waiting a half hour, they gave me a song and a dance about their systems being down and to just call the 800# to activate it. So I called. Again, I was told I had to go into a store. I went back a second time today. A second time they refused to help me and told me to call. I also needed to exchange a watch and they refused to even check their system for inventory for me. I dealt with James today but had the female manager the last visit. Don't waste your time with this location and just go to Owings Mills like I will now have to do.

God!!! They are rude. There is no culture and no customer service here.
When they offered me their cellphone services and I did not accept it, they showed me the door with their hand offensively.🤯
If I had time I would discuss it but they are not worth it.

Unless you have an hour to wait do not go to this location. It took me 40 mins to return an router and they had 3 customers ahead of me and two sales associates. Multi-tasking was definitely not a priority. I only write reviews for great and terrible service. This was terrible!
