my hair was done well the two times i went, but since then i can't get an appointment cause she never answers the phone despite being "open" everyday. really bad customer service tbh

I wasn’t going to make a review but seeing that she does this to everyone I feel like it’s needed so you all can spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I booked an appointment online for 8/25 at 10am and the day of my appointment I get there a little before 10am and approached the building where the lights were off and nobody seemed to be inside. I then get a call from a number which was the owner and she told me she’d be 10 mins. Well 10 mins turned into an hour so now I’m sitting outside in the blazing heat waiting ? 11am arrives and she finally gets here as I’m requesting my ride back home so I decided to stay.She told me she would give me a free conditioner for the inconvenience which I agreed to but when it came time for her to actually do my hair I told her I wanted a silk press and she seemed confused and kept asking for a picture of the style. I finally show her a picture of what my usual stylist does and when she got done it was nothing silk about that press. It was just a simple blow out that poofed back up by the end of the night.Also to add she tried to get me to big chop and dye my hair when i repeatedly said I didn’t want nothing more than a trim.

OMG YALL.. this is thee WORST salon. Please BELIEVE EVERY REVIEW YOU SEE. I came to the salon just for a touch up.. I didn’t like how she curled my hair and asked her to fix it. She didn’t want to fix it, and kept trying to sneakily take photos of me. Literally the worst salon and I see exactly why she was the only one in there with ZERO clients.. talking about being in business for 15 years, baby you need to shut down. Then to top it off she OVER CHARGED ME. and when I called to inquire she declined my calls and later blocked me.Service: Blowouts

Terrible experience. First, I called to make an appointment and at first, the lady said "Okay, can you come at 4:30?" I said, "sure" and drove down there. I spent $3 for parking and when I got there, the lady asked if I could wait until 5. I said okay and went to sit in the waiting area. Then, she asked if I could come back some other time because her next two appointment are going to take a long time! She then told me that I should have booked an appointment online and tried to say that my appointment was walk in! First, I wasted money on parking, then the lady said she can't see me, and finally, she tried to say I was a walk in! Horrible experience and would not recommend it!

Worst tried she to force me to get extensions instead of fixing the damage then told me she gave me her recommendation even when I told her repeatedly I wanted it cut I didn’t want the damage hidden she sent me on my way and I’m out of parking fees

The customer service is horrible. I've been three times to this salon and twice I booked online with the online app. Both times I did not receive a confirmation and when I arrived during my time the owner "Amanda" was confused on who I was and why I was there and what style was needed. Ultimately the hair style was amazing but the service was not. I have called the salon numerous times during business hours and receive no answer, and a return phone call about an hour later. I called today twice to make an appt. I received a return phone and I attempted to make my appt over the phone. I advised "Amanda's" of the booking app concern I had, and she "Amanda" advised me that there is no issue with the app and for me to go to another hair salon. I again attempted to explain that I had no issue with the styling but due to the fact most people have schedules to adhere to, I needed to be sure that my booking time slot would be honored and that my hair can be started upon arrival because that has not been the case for my first 3 appointments. The conversation concluded with "amanda" stating that she doesn't know me personally and I don't know her personally and there are no issues at all with her salon therefore I should go to another salon. I was continually interrupted during our conversation when trying to explain to her the issue with me booking on the app. amanda took it very personally instead of a constructive criticism where a paying customer is genuine enough to advise you of booking complications that could hinder future business. ultimately , the Customer service has gotten to a point where I do not feel valued as customer who also brought in other paying customers.

Made an appointment to have a wash, set, blow dry and a consultation for extensions. Was having a great experience until the customer before me decided to complain about everything from the prices to the professionalism of the staff. She was given a consultation and informed of price prior to work starting on her hair. She refused to pay until staff informed her they would call police. She tried to tell staff what instruments to use, how to use them. I believe she came in with a hidden agenda. First she said she chose salon because of reviews, then it was location . Then it was I don’t know why I came here you have negative reviews. Then she threatened to write a negative review. When she did not get her way she called her mommy to complain some more for her. With the exception of one unpleasant and annoying patron it was a great experience and I love my hair. Will be returning in two weeks for extensions . Do not, I repeat do not book here. My appointment was for 10am on a Wednesday… I come 5 minutes before my appointment, the door is locked and salon is empty. I waited until 10:15am to call the owner, no answer. She calls me back and ask if I can move my appointment back to 11:30, doesn’t even sound apologetic. I agree simple because I had a flight to catch at 2:40pm THAT day.To save time I went home, washed and blow dried my own hair so all she had to do was press it out.I come back at 11:30am and NO RESPONSE. Salon is still closed and empty. I text and call her, no response. So unacceptable. BOOK ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE DISSAPOINTED!

Had a great experience!! Amanda made me feel so welcome and was down to earth. She genuinely cared about the health of my hair and checked in on me while styling other customers. The dye job and the overall hair style was EXACTLY if not better than how I envisioned it. I’m new to the Towson area and I’ll definitely be a new regular!Services: Hairstyling
