I went to this store to purchase an iPhone, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The staff member left me waiting for half an hour without any apology or attention, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy. I regretted coming to this place, and I even felt a sense of discriminatory treatment.
I am a loyal Apple fan, but it is essential that the company ensures proper training for its employees to treat customers with respect.

I went to this location to get assistance for one of my Apple products. When I entered the store I was greeted by Apple associates who had great personalities. Once they check me in I proceeded to the Genius Bar in which I was kindly greeted by Derrick who had a great personality, wealth of knowledge, and great customer service presentation. Derrick was very professional and was prompt in completing the service my device needed. Thank you Derrick and all the staff at this location. I greatly appreciate your assistance!

The people are friendly, but itās like the blind leading the blind. No one knows whatās going, I was told incorrect information 3 different times by 3 different people. I had an appointment and still was IN store for 3 hours had to leave, came back later and was told the phone was repaired and shouldnāt have any further issues. Three days later, same exact problem! Iām scared to ever even walk back in that place, scarred for life! Smh. Spoke to the manager Devin which he did apologize and saw the notes that Iād been there for over 6 hours! For an issue/repair that should have taken 45 min to an hour. Worse experience ever, I missed my evening engagement and was stuck because I literally had no phone. My appointment was set for 1:40 I didnāt receive my device back āfixedā until closing time, which was 8pm!

Do not buy from this store.
I purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 3 online for in-store pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that the box of the new Ultra 3 had already been opened. I told the employee that I didnāt want that one and asked for a replacement. They brought me another Apple Watch Ultra 3.
However, the employee had already processed the trade-in for my old Apple Watch Ultra 2 on open box ultra 3. and Because of that , they couldnāt apply the previous trade-in credit to the replacement Ultra 3 ( not on box). To fix their mistake, they said they would send me an online Apple Gift Card instead of the trade-in payment. They did send the gift cardābut it had no balance on it.
I called Apple Support around ten times, but no one helped. The last representative told me to visit the store, but when I did, the staff said it wasnāt their responsibility since I purchased onlineāand they were very rude.
Apple Support has been completely unable to correct the mistake made by the store employee. Even worse, the store manager refused to take any responsibility and said, āItās not our fault.ā
In short, Apple took my old Ultra 2 for free, gave me nothing in return, and I am now paying monthly for the new Ultra 3. No one has resolved this issue, and no one at Apple has taken responsibility.

I had an incredible experience at the Apple Store thanks to BJ! From the moment I walked in, BJ went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard and handled with care. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kindātaking the time to explain every detail clearly and making sure I fully understood my options.
What stood out most was BJās patience and attention to detail. They didnāt just rush through the processāthey made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. Itās rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine customer care, but BJ did exactly that.
Thanks to BJ, my visit was smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. Apple is lucky to have someone who truly represents the brandās commitment to excellence. Iāll definitely be coming back because of the exceptional service BJ provided!
