The sales rep tricked my retired father into switching plans, just so he would have to pay another activation fee. The 55+ plan also allowed our data to be throttled, and we are now dealing with the lowest speeds we've ever experienced. He would not show us the new monthly cost even when we asked directly. Very unethical to take advantage like that, and I wish I could remember the salesman's name. Read everything carefully

After spending 7 hours in the Apple Store and not being a happy camper the folks at AT&T were very accommodating I still do not have all my data and will be going back.My problem with AT&T was the number one the store where I bought the phone neglected to tell me if something goes wrong it’s an Apple problem we are no longer involved. I’m happy I didn’t go for the internet package and Direct TV package they were pushing. The phone was 18 days old when it went bad. A call to tech support was a nightmare. The representative had a very thick accent and I could not understand him. Not sure where he was at but there was a lot of noise in the background and our connection was awful. It was not a very good experience your salespeople should be very clear they are not responsible for defective merchandise

Upon arrival i was greeted with a smile and great customer service from Danny sales manager and also I was assisted by Kevin.. They was both very patient and helpful and also recommended ways to get better service from At&T.. my experience was with these too people was so great and helpful.. I recommend these too people due to excellent customer service provided today ..

I went in there just the other day. A gentlemen named David took care of me. He treated me as if I were the king of the world. I was so well cared for, that after I left, I got in my car and wept. I had been having a tough time due to some personal things, but David's kindness and concern really touched me. Give that man a raise.

Kathleen went the extra mile to make sure I received the best possible care and solution to my problem. She greeted everyone that walked in the very busy store with a smile. My situation required a lot of time, patience and expertise and she knew her stuff. In addition my situation went beyond closing and at no time did she show frustration with resolving and or time taken. I recommend everyone to this location…see Kathleen or Kennith.

I went into the store to activate a phone that Apple was not able to activate. I was frustrated with long wait at apple where they had to replace my phone and ATT turned it around and made the activation process easy and followed up with me while I waited. David was great and made the process painless. Would recommend going to this store if you are needing your phone activated!
