They let you book cars there that they “say” they don’t have to rent you! But Avis customer service says they do have cars to rent just doesn’t make sense.
Renter beware don’t get stuck like we did! Very disappointing to say the least.

This was the easiest & fastest process I have ever had renting a vehicle. I’ve always rented from enterprise but after making multiple reservations just to find out no vehicles were available at multiple locations I decided to try something new. Not only was Avis available, they were less expensive. The actual vehicle & the deposit was less. I saved over $100!!! I am now a forever customer and hope I get to work with Khalil again. He was super efficient & quick, at pick up & drop off!

The best AVIS I’ve ever been to. Pablo is outstanding and always takes care of you. It’s a small Avis location so please be patient with them and if they aren’t at the kiosk, just give them a call on the number at the counter and somebody will come take care of you. Great Avis location.

I have always had outstanding service at this facility. If there is a minor problem, it is taken care of with courtesy and in a timely manor. They are far superior to any other Avis/Budget I have encountered.

Our reservation was today at 5pm. We showed up at 5pm exactly and the hotel’s front desk told us the representative already left for the day. We have to be on the road in a few hours and nobody is answering the phone. This is unacceptable.

Although the vehicle drove good and had minor braking pulsating issues when slowing down it was ok. It was however not cleaned totally on the seats and I did not get a discount for the vehicle not being completely cleaned. It was very very basic and in today's rental world for $1000 I should have gotten a rental with more up to date features to it, especially with a 2022. So for that I gave it 3 stars.

I received a 2023 4 runner White it was not even clean. Me and my fiancé had to clean the front of the car ourselves. They will overcharge you for gas as well don't waste your time.

I prepaid for this reservation at a contracted rate. When I received the car I was given a different rate resulting in a $30 (>30%) extra fee. When pre-paying, I should get the original rate honored!!
