Our reservation was today at 5pm. We showed up at 5pm exactly and the hotel’s front desk told us the representative already left for the day. We have to be on the road in a few hours and nobody is answering the phone. This is unacceptable.

Although the vehicle drove good and had minor braking pulsating issues when slowing down it was ok. It was however not cleaned totally on the seats and I did not get a discount for the vehicle not being completely cleaned. It was very very basic and in today's rental world for $1000 I should have gotten a rental with more up to date features to it, especially with a 2022. So for that I gave it 3 stars.

I received a 2023 4 runner White it was not even clean. Me and my fiancé had to clean the front of the car ourselves. They will overcharge you for gas as well don't waste your time.

I prepaid for this reservation at a contracted rate. When I received the car I was given a different rate resulting in a $30 (>30%) extra fee. When pre-paying, I should get the original rate honored!!

we were stranded at the airport in Pittsburgh & no other car rental would help us but thanks to Julia she was our savior and got us into a beautiful rental to get to state College to pick up our truck so we could finally get home after along trip from flordia & a very long tiring flight & our luggage got lostwe can't thank Julia enough for everything please let her kno how much we appericate her & we had gotten married while we were in flordiaTHANK YOU AVIS CAR RENTAL YOUR THE BEST!!!

Avis car Number 99235592Avis in general is more than a car rental place. An amazing company. But I experience today was disastrous. The people in charge at (One Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwood, PA.19004. USA) are unfriendly, unprofessional. I called to return the Ford Edge I rented for 10 days and asked to rent a seller one for another two weeks. They said they procedure is to bring it and then tell you the new price for the rental. I said but I don't like the price I will keep my car. They gave me a the receipt but they refused to give the car. They lied to me and I feel trapped. Now I don't have the car I want. Please fire them they are the wort representatives of Avis!

I requested a gas car (Kia Soul) because l was driving from MD to Buffalo, instead they said they didn't have those and gave me a Kia Nero which is useless for long distance trips but they said that's all they had - they reassured me it would be fine. The car l was given had a dysfunctional battery or system, when l received the car they said it had 200miles range, we barely did half of that before we had to refill. we essentially were stuck in Williamsport Va trying to recharge the battery, with very little success. when l called to inform Avis roadside of this breakdown, they said the closest rental place was Harrisburg which was 94 miles away. We wait 4 hours for a tow truck and lift to get us to Harrisburg, we only got to Harrisburg airport at 1145pm. Harrisburg is the opposite direction of where we needed to go. As a result we had to cancel our trip because it was midnight by the time we picked up the replacement car and l was traveling with my elderly parents and wife. As a result our Airbnb was canceled and l lost that money, we also missed out on the event we were traveling for.thereafter, l had to fly my wife out so she could attend some of the events we were traveling for. It is only fair that l am not charged for this rental car and be reimbursed for the unnecessary expenses l incurred.

I was lied to about cost of the rental. I was over charges $105.00 for my second week of renting. Manager names Pablo was extremely nasty, unprofessional and discourtous to my mom and I as customers. He was unwilling to listen to me at all when I tried to explain what I was told when picking up the rental. I wanted to keep the rental for a few weeks, but after being treated like another number, and with such disrespect; I decided to take my money and business elsewhere. I'm still in complete disbelief as this was my first time renting from avis. I used this service as I work in the Healthcare industry and had code from my perks program. Another issue I had as noone would assist me to.use my code, and wanted me to just pay full price. The best part of my experience, was the representative Fred or Freddy. This gentleman went above and behind by staying past closing, he provided me with the best suv that fit me and my families needs, while also giving me the best cost. He was willing to work with me no matter what. This is a primeexplain of customer service excellence and I really appreciate all his efforts and willingness to help me and my family.. I appreciate being treated like a person and not just another number. It's a shame that his own manager, was quilty of treating my mom, my 4 year old daughter and myself like we didn't even matter. Especially with trying times, people are struggling with money, and any business that is provided to a company in these trying times people are very skeptical and selective about where they shop. This manager Pablo needs a lesson on treating people with dignity and respect. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Something you learn in grade school!! Especially the amount of money I put out for this rental! Very dissatisfied customer, completely disappointed. But thank.you Fred for everything at this location.

Id just like to say that this company is very unprofessional and do not lead their customers to satisfaction. My mother rented a vehicle from here, on countless occasions, used them for months, for them to turn around and steal from her. She returned her rental and even after she returned it, they still charged her a SECOND TIME. Now let me say this again, they charged her ONCE already when the vehicle had been returned, then charged her AGAIN a SECOND time after she had already paid. I’m not sure what kind of “business” runs this way but it’s embarrassing and highly unprofessional and i hope no one else gets caught up in their schemes…
