Didn't let me cash my own check and deposit the cash afterwards. Said I didn't have enough money and then said that an account THAT WOULD cover it was different than any other. This is why they rate consistently low. 0/10. Do not recommend

Diana ( not sure if this is her real name ) is fine with Hispanics and very rude with other nationalities. I don't know how she still works here, I swear it was my first time seeing teller tell the customer I don't care when he asked for service.

I had a great experience there. Employees are generally kind, especially Keosha. She is kind and very helpful!

I already didn't like this bank location, as it keeps consistently closing (even though other BOA locations are open around Baltimore). Now the times has changed, and you cannot even go inside the bank on the weekends anymore, and on the weekdays they close way too early (people get off of work around 4 pm, which is the same time that they close). They don't care about consumers. I'd suggest going to a different location or a different bank altogether.

Most of the time they have someone to welcome you to the bank. Teller seem to be slower than most tellers at other BofA banks.

I tried to deposit a check as cash and was I told I couldn't because my account was too low. I later called the bank directly and was told by the person who answered that it was a new policy. After that he went and got the teller (mary) who then lied and she informed meof the changes. She did not. Now I have a M&T bank account thanks to the teller and BOA policy change!

I waited for almost an hour and half and no one tried to help me with getting a simple certification letter for funds in my account. Horrible Horrible customer service.

I had a wonderful meeting with Emmanuel about my savings account. He was kind and helpful and very informative. He explained everything to me in great detail in a way that was easy to comprehend. He welcomed questions and was witty and kind. He would make a great teacher! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Wait time on average is more than 10 minutes. Usually 1-2 tellers but 11 open teller booths. To top it off after my 16 minute wait the teller informed me she could not provide me the amount of money I wanted from MY account... It's my money and I want it now... Taking my business and MY MONEY else where. Unacceptable. BOA needs to DO BETTER.
