“I’m VERY new at riding a bike and it turns out the bike I had owned was for kids?♀️. Trace was very generous with a trade so I got a good deal on a grown up bike! I also wanted to shout out Joe. He was very patient (even though I had clearly interrupted his lunch)and personable. He took his time with me explaining everything and making sure I could do things on my own. I appreciate the staff here”

I went to Joe’s to ask for a box and the kindest associate took me outside as he literally rooted through the dumpster to find the right size box for me.
