Because of your continuing ignorance to not leaving me alone with your game ads I won't be test driving your vehicles

I made two trips to buy BMWs two weeks apart- the first visit was surprisingly HORRIBLE the second was nothing short of atrocious. I end up spending $150K buying 2 cars on 2 separate occasion. Before you say it, I didn't buy the 2nd from this dealership but I went back to give then the chance to fix the first. I experienced what I should never when buying any type of vehicle, further highlighted by the fact that it was a BMW makes it even more concerning. My experience at BMW Towson did not go so well- Contrary to popular belief, cars do not sell themselves. The car sells based on the drive, however, the experience matters (in my situation) just as much, hence the need for such detail. The only word that comes to mind is OFFENDED, after buying such an expensive vehicle and being treated like it was given for free. This experience falls well short of the brand experience that I am certain BMW wants to achieve. How did I arrive at BMW? I tested Mercedes and went to Infiniti but having driven BMW before and love how they drive, I had to go back before deciding. This rating of POOR is the ONLY rating that fits with my experience at this dealership. The sales person Lavoi does not have the temperament nor the professionalism, his boss Jose seems to lack how to lead, train and develop and takes feedback personal. I believe you have a "fit for roles" issue at this location, where individuals are not fully versed on how to service their targeted audience and a manager who cannot process feedback in a manner to improve his sales team. Instead, he took it personally, not capitalizing on the recently subpar (at best) sales experience and failure to make good--but most importantly, not realizing that the same client was returning to buy another vehicle ONLY TEN DAYS after buying the first. Instead, it was personal, demonstrating malice and acting out what should have been an opportunity to lead, coach, and develop. They are not the people who should be representing your brand in such a niche market of clients. Your clients can simply go elsewhere to spend their hard-earned money. Or go to another BMW dealership where the brand matters more to them than their manager's and salespeople's feelings. You are not better than the people who walk through your doors, they are simply there to buy your cars and desire appropriate treatment for the above-average money they are spending.

I bought a vehicle from BWM of Towson in June of this year. I have no complaints about the salesperson or the service department, they were great. When I purchased the vehicle I bought a tire and wheel warranty which at the time of purchase I was told I could cancel the warranty within 6 months for any reason for a refund. I cancelled the warranty within a few weeks. I confirmed with BMW that the warranty had been cancelled on the July 25th. They told me this information was sent to the dealership and they should be reimbursing me money for the warranty. So its been 3 months and BMW of Towson hasn't reimbursed me the $3,100. The worst part is that I've reached out to the finance department asking for a status or at least someone I can speak to about the issue via email and phone. I've gotten little to no feedback on the matter. I don't know 3 months seems like ample time to process a refund. I'm starting to believe I just lost $3,100.

I took my x5 to get a oil change $500 later the the mechanic stripped the the hole the oil come out of. Now I have been bring my car to Towson for the last two years so they are the only ones working on my car. I travel a lot so I want to make sure my car is right. So after they screwed me for the stripped oil pan. The service guy tried to sell me a oil change package for $250, I can not explain how I felt having to spend extra money for someone else mistake. I will never give BMW my business again. As a customer I should not feel helpless and recive bad customerservice and lied to from the sales team.

I can't speak to the sales experience - but I can to the service experience here at the Towson facility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will gouge you for as much as they can for their incompetent & negligent service. They were unable to fix my E93 M3's issues despite many, many attempts - and they charged me loads of money for each of these unsuccessful attempts. Seriously, almost $600 just for diagnostics. Every time. And on top of that - their negligence caused a new issue that they refused to acknowledge. There are many BMW dealerships and better still - independent repair shops - in the DMV. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Seller name: Alfredo Barros is the worst. Racist and rude! I putted down 1k deposit for a car thats in "Transit". 1 week later, I found out that car is being use, mileage increased a lot. So I called that seller, he said:"I dont have update on your car, stop bothering me, email me from now on." It end up they sold that car to other customer after I put down deposit. Shit store, manager didn't call me back for complain. What a Scam!! Imagine if I waited for 1 month instead of looking up VIN by myself.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 330i from BMW of Towson, and my overall experience with the dealership had its ups and downs. While there were positive aspects, there were also several disappointing issues that need to be addressed. To begin with, I must commend the collaboration between Nancy and Kelly. Although I had originally scheduled an appointment with Nancy, I arrived early and she graciously offered to have Kelly assist me instead. I appreciate their flexibility and the fact that they had the car ready for me to look at when I arrived. It was a smooth transition, and I was eager to explore the vehicle that had initially caught my interest. Regrettably, after purchasing the car, I encountered several issues that have dampened my initial enthusiasm. Kelly informed me that the bumper had undergone minor repairs, but within a few days of owning the vehicle, I noticed that the bottom panel of the bumper came loose. It appears that the repair was not executed properly, leaving me dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship. Additionally, the absence of the wheel lock key was another inconvenience. Although Kelly assured me that I would be reimbursed for a new one, I am still waiting to hear back from her. Furthermore, despite being assured that the car had recently passed safety inspections and/or emission tests, I discovered a tire bubble. This unexpected finding necessitated the replacement of the tire before I could obtain the necessary documentation. This raises questions about the dealership's attention to detail and thoroughness in preparing vehicles for sale. Lastly, my experience with the finance manager, Tyler, was less than satisfactory. Rather than focusing on pertinent information such as the CPO benefits and warranties, Tyler emphasized add-on items. Additionally, when I reached out to him via email regarding some paperwork, I did not receive a response. This lack of communication is disappointing and could be improved to provide better post-sale support to customers. In conclusion, my experience at BMW of Towson had both positive and negative aspects. While I appreciate the collaboration between Nancy and Kelly, as well as their efforts to have the car ready for my early arrival, the unresolved issues, and poor communication post-sale were significant drawbacks. It is my hope that by sharing this feedback, the dealership can address these concerns and provide a better experience for future customers

Service is horrible every time you bring your car for any service it takes forever to talk to any one.

If I could give the zero stars I would. The customer service is abysmal. I don't live in the land of "the customer is always right", but BMW of Towson lives in the land of customers are irrelevant and a returned phone call is just way too much to ask. When you call the dealership, the only phones that answer are sales, shocking. So they will gladly sell you a car, but any issue beyond that....you are Shit outta luck. Since the dealership was sold to AutoNation, they adhere to the bare minimum level of service in any form. I will gladly drive whatever distance is necessary to have my car serviced at another BMW dealership and they next time BMW of Towson will see me is the day I turn this lease in. Please, if you are in the market, do yourself a favor and find a BMW dealership NOT affiliated with AutoNation and you will be much happier, regardless of the distance you need to travel.

Purchased a brand new car (not from this dealership) six months ago and love it. Two months after having it, my brakes started squealing and I took it to the Towson location four times over the course of three months and each time they tell me "it's normal". The very last time they did a brake treatment and my brakes were squealing ten minutes later. It's frustrating because the car is new and I'd expect it not to make noises so soon. Going to try another dealership to see if there can be a resolve.

Very difficult to get a hold of anyone, you wait on hold for an hour and then the call drips. If by chance you get through, they take messages and never get back to you. Wonder if anyone actually works here anymore since being taken over by Autonation.

Brought car in for a MD state inspection/ Apple Car Play, and was told of a coolant system recall, and allowed them to fix the issue. 20 miles from the shop there is a catastrophic failure of the cooling system causing engine shutdown. I was told it was a coincidence, and charged several hundred dollars. After owning two 3 series and a 7 series, we will never purchase another BMW because of our experience with this dealership.

Worst BMW dealership in the country, hands down. Katie, the salesperson was great but that's where it ends. Low ball trade offer, car came with one key (didn't disclose this till after deal was done) , car was dirty, 1/4 tank of fuel, oil change light on. Manager was unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation. AVOID at all cost. BMW should be embarrassed by this dealership.

BMW of Towson is now a member of the Auto Nation family of dealerships. It is a VERY different experience than the old BMW of Towson. I strongly preferred the prior management team and their way of doing business. Have serviced 4 different bimmers and purchased one of them from this shop over the last 20 years and my recent visit after Auto Nation acquisition, I can share that it no longer appears to be the dealership it once was.
