If you keep vehicle for longer then a week be sure to check it back in before renting it out another week they will keep a running tab on your credit card and then hit u with extra fees the online mgr was a jerk. But the counter sales young man was cool

I arrived at 10:00 AM on Saturday 1/8/22 for a scheduled car pick up. No attendant was on site. The hotel staff were not helpful. No accountability. Other customers had been waiting for 2 hours. I promptly left and went to the Enterprise at the BWI rental car facility and got a car cheaper with a 5 min checkin process.

Very clean/nice pick up location, the person behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I will recommend this place and will use again if needed.
