Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.

I have bought from Nordstrom Rack many times. I definitely recommend them. I have never had a bad experience.

I went to return an item that was mailed to me and it was the wrong size. The associate did absolutely nothing to try to help us besides say call customer service. I work in retail and I know how it can be with returns but this associate did not try anything else to help. I will definitely not be going back to this location. She must not enjoy her job. She was not nice or pleasant to deal with. A complete waste of time.

Love this Nordstrom Rack! Their shoe selection is unbeatable. This one is definitely better than the one down in Canton! Check for when they have sales. At the ends of seasons they do these crazy additional 40% off clearance! My only critique is they never ask about your nordstroms account. One time I asked to use my 3x point option and they didn't process it.

Short Kanye west guy who wears hoodies all the time still had an attitude problem, located at the return area. Ps. I can still hear your little side comments underneath your mask. I buy lots of clothes for my nephews and nieces and the associates in the kids dept are very nice. Customer service is still at a 3. They just need to remove the people with attitudes. Straight up.

I love this store for great bargains! I stopped in to get a gift card and found some items for my other list. It's all brand names as you would see upstairs in regular Nordstrom store but for much cheaper prices! That's the good, now the not so good:1. Store is always messy and sizes out of order. 2. Lines are always long for fitting rooms which are usually messy 3. Checkout line is always long and this last time it was out of the lined area and back past fragrances too lounge wear-longest line I've seen yet for a store!Overall though if you want some great deals on brand name items you may want to give this store a quick look. I recommend trying this store. 4/5

I visited Towson Town Center recently to look for some new work clothes. This Nordstrom was definitely not one of the better ones I've shopped at. It was definitely on the smaller side. The bottom floor is actually Nordstrom Rack, and the upper floors are Nordstrom proper (I don't think I've ever been to a Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack in the same location). It seemed smaller than any other Nordstrom I've ever been in. Definitely not my favorite Nordstrom location unfortunately.

Oh Nordstrom Rack, how I love thee!! I have been coming here since it opened. This location is on the bottom floor of the Town Center, below the Nordstrom main store. This is how the older "off" department" stores used to be, thus the term " bargain basement" was coined long ago. One way to get to this store is by taking the elevator down from the first floor of the main Nordy's. I always felt a little weird taking the elevator down, as if the classier people were looking down on the cheapskates- j/k. I don't really care, the bargains I find are worth it. There isn't a direct entrance from the street. The Rack's Main Entrance is closest to the tiny lot on the side of the mall facing Fairmount Ave. It's tough to find a space at peak times, but worth looking because you can get in and out faster. If you snag a space there, there is a Mall entrance. Make a left at the Forever 21 and you will see The Rack. There are some other downsides. The shoe area is a zoo! Racks are squeezed together tightly and I always feel closed in by the racks and by the people more concerned with the hunt than courtesy. The store itself is small, and kind of disorganized or downright junky. But if I get a great deal, I am willing to overlook this. I will say that this store was the bomb in years past. The really crazy deals on couture seems to have dried up a bit. But I don't buy Hudson or Joe's Jeans full price, and the Rack is the place to get top designers for less. Head on down ( the elevator ) to the Rack.

I agree with the best customer service. After a terrible experience at the Columbia Mall Nordstrom's Jo Malone counter, I was at the Nordstrom's in Towson a week ago and met Serey Tran. She was absolutely delightful. She worked with me to find not only my scents for spring and summer but got me registered for sales and events that were coming up (literally one was for the new limited collection the next day). I have the worst time finding scents and she helped me find two that I thoroughly enjoyed. She also explained how I could layer the two to get a deeper long lasting scent. She gave me her card to contact her if I needed anything at all. I ended up with two new colognes, samples to try and a wonderful experience. I will make sure I stop by to see her the next time I'm in town, even though I live closer to the Columbia mall.

The entire 2020 Loss Prevention team is magnificent! I lost my singular car key in the Nordstrom and they didnt not hesitate to help me search the entirre store and we found it within 12 minutes. I have never been so thankful. Love this Nordstrom team aNd would go ome back all the time!

Love, love, love Nordstrom Rack! It is the best place for great prices on brand name clothing, especially when they have a clearance sale. That said, I do nearly all my shopping online and come to the Towson store with returns. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and courteous here. I try not to shop here as I find way more things to buy online than I can afford, but I still have a look around every time I stop by. Be warned, it is usually always busy!
