“I would recommend this store to anyone. The sales associates were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. They stand by their products and are happy to make adjustments to ensure the customer is happy.”
“Since 1983 Carpet Concepts is the only business I will purchase flooring material from. When we built our home in Perry Hall the Grahams were opening the store. We were pleased with the family oriented treatment we received. The products we chose wore well and when it was time to update it was a pleasure to visit “friends” to get the latest and greatest. Recently my retirement smaller home updated a laminate floor. Justin and Mike were fantastic installers. Pleasant, hardworking a good team. They left my home spotless. I have recommended Carpet Conceps to friends and family over the years and no one has been disappointed. Be sure to visit Carpet Concepts on Joppa Rd in Perry Hall for a great experience.”

“From Joey Bauer to Patti and the guys that installed our floors, thank you for making this process easy. Not only are our floors gorgeous but Premier Flooring answered all our questions and the workmanship is exceptional. I highly recommend this company. They were patient, professional and completed the job in the time frame they quoted. Thank you again.”
“I called JD carpets to come fix a job that a previous installer did for us. They came out within a day to inspect the site, had a ton of knowledge, and returned a few days later to fix the problem of the previous installer. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and worked within budget means. I will be using JD carpets for any flooring work in the future - make sure it’s done the CORRECT way and use them! 5 stars! Picture of finished product below!”

“I highly recommend shopping at Ethan Allen. Not only is the quality superb but the service is excellent. The company offers warranties on its products. The personnel at the store are very helpful and will actually come to your home and give good advice on what furniture and accessories, such as rugs, work in it. The delivery of the furniture was a good experience as well. There was not one scratch on any wall. The deliverers were very careful with handling the furniture. From past experience, where furniture had to be assembled, the deliverers knew how to assemble it. I always receive compliments on any furniture I have bought from Ethan Allen.”
